Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de produire des particules de dimensions bactériennes à partir du cholestérol, ainsi que les particules conçues au moyen du procédé permettant de stimuler la production d'anticorps anti-cholestérol et au moyen du procédé de production de particules de dimensions des micro-coccus (100-500 nm) conçues pour immuniser l'utilisation du cholestérol à degré de pureté élevé. L'invention concerne également un procédé de production de particules de dimensions bactériennes à partir du cholestérol consistant à chauffer une solution supersaturée à un niveau de saturation, une solution presque saturée étant ainsi obtenue. Ce procédé est caractérisé en ce que des conditions de production des membranes liquides disposées sous la forme de cristaux à partir des molécules du cholestérol sont créées par changement du cholestérol dans la solution de cholestérol insaturée, au moyen d'un changement continu et égal du rapport de combinaison de solvants polaires et non polaires, puis par émission d'une énergie physique d'amplitude déterminée, les membranes étant transformées en particules de structure caractéristique pouvant être observée au microscope. L'invention concerne enfin les particules produites, de préférence, au moyen du procédé selon l'invention, lequel est caractérisé en ce que la membrane de surface de la particule de dimensions des micro-coccus constitue le cholestérol à degré de pureté élevé.
