Abstract

The invention relates to a mat which is intended for therapeutic use and for personal hygiene purposes. The inventive mat comprises a flexible laminar body (2) which is made from rubber, silicon or a similar material. One of the faces of said mat is provided with projecting points (7) which are rubbed against the skin on the user's back while the other face thereof comprises regularly-positioned suction cups (5) which are provided for fixing purposes. The invention also comprises a projecting element (3) with a hole which is used to hang said mat.
