Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif destiné à l'entretien préventif et correctif de réservoirs de carburant. Ce dispositif comprend un tuyau d'aspiration et un tuyau d'injection conçus pour être introduits dans le réservoir, d'une part, pour aspirer le carburant et les solides présents dans le réservoir et, d'autre part, pour nettoyer l'intérieur du réservoir au moyen de la pression fournie par une pompe de transfert. Le dispositif comprend également un préfiltre disposé horizontalement, à travers lequel s'écoule le carburant aspiré, conçu pour capturer les solides de grandes dimensions. Ce préfiltre est relié à un capteur permettant d'analyser le carburant et de déterminer la concentration de solides en suspension et le taux d'humidité dans le réservoir, les résultats obtenus pouvant être consultés sur un écran informatique. Le dispositif de l'invention permet d'effectuer un service de nettoyage efficace, rapide, précis et sûr, sur les réservoirs devant être entretenus. Le dispositif est par ailleurs équipé des toutes dernières technologies dans ce domaine. Il a été mis au point pour l'entretien de réservoirs en bon état, pour protéger les pompes à carburant des porteurs-remorqueurs et les injecteurs contre les bactéries présentes dans les réservoirs. Ces bactéries sont à l'origine de la fumée noire expulsée par le pot d'échappement, dommageable pour l'environnement.
