Abstract

L'invention concerne un capteur ne comprenant pas d'éléments mobiles, qui permet la détection de la vitesse et de la direction du vent, composé d'un seul module structurel. Ce capteur se compose d'un support (1) de fixation, d'une barre (2) métallique de section circulaire placée en position verticale, et d'une sphère (3) placée au sommet de la barre. Plusieurs détecteurs d'allongement et/ou détecteurs (4) de déformation sont appliqués sur la partie de la barre située à proximité du support, dans la direction de l'axe de la barre. Un élément (5) protecteur équipé d'un connecteur (6) protège la barre et assure la connexion du capteur permettant la lecture des signaux. Lorsque le vent exerce sa force sur la surface sphérique, la barre subit une déformation proportionnelle à la vitesse du vent, se courbant de manière imperceptible en fonction du sens du vent. Les capteurs d'allongement et/ou de déformation mesurent cette déformation et sont connectés à un circuit électronique de traitement et de production de signal.
