Abstract

Cette invention se rapporte à un système et à un procédé servant à analyser les données de séquences génomiques et utilisant à cet effet une évaluation de la similitude de séquences génomiques dans un espace de données comprimées, ce procédé consistant: à obtenir des données génomiques, à prétraiter les données génomiques pour les transformer en données génomiques prétraitées, à comprimer au moins une partie des données génomiques ainsi prétraitées, à mémoriser les données génomiques prétraitées ainsi comprimées, à indexer les données génomiques prétraitées comprimées et à analyser les données génomiques, sur la base au moins partiellement de l'indexation, l'opération d'analyse consistant également à évaluer la similitude des séquences génomiques, sur la base au moins partiellement de l'opération d'indexation.
