Abstract
Description
Poche ou pochette en matériaux mixte à usage de gant ou lingettePocket or pocket made of mixed materials for use as a glove or wipe
L'une des faces extérieure est composée d'une matière non absorbante et structurée, pouvant ou non être rendue hydrophile par traitement temporaireThe present invention relates to a device intended to be used as a waterproof evolutive pocket or pouch, the two walls of which are sealed on their internal face. One of the outer faces is made of a non-absorbent and structured material, which may or may not be made hydrophilic by temporary treatment
The other outer face is made of a hydrophilic absorbent material. On one or both outer faces, it may or may not deposit an active product, for example dehydrated or not, or microcapsulated, ready to use. Pockets or pouches intended to be used as a glove or wipe supporting active products are traditionally made with identical materials on both sides, and do not allow combined actions of the active product type on one side and the other side. used for wiping or rinsing, or the combination or each of the faces is impregnated with specific products with complementary action. It is known in this field from French patents 9914419 and 0016561 of the present applicants for devices produced with integral materials impregnated and usable after inversion, or pocket comprising an active absorbent face, or not, opposite a hydrophobic face. The problem posed is as follows: Employ a manufacturing technique authorizing the bonding of composite materials, the two walls of which are sealed on their internal face, and one of the external faces of which is made of a material permitting the impregnation of a minimum of active product in microcapsules, or active product, dehydrated or not, ready to use and which, after hydration, rubbing or crushing, will allow an almost total restitution of the active product, this in order to satisfy the cost and ecological constraints of pollution. Indeed, by combining waterproof materials with suitable non-absorbent and structured materials, we obtain a phenomenon of barrier to the migration of active products in the materials and in the internal pocket, thus releasing all the active product on the surface brought into contact. with him. These ready-to-use active products remain on the surface on the hydrophobic materials, and it suffices with a simple action of hydration, of friction, to obtain an activation of the active products on the treated surface.
The other external face is composed of a hydrophilic absorbent material, the main objective of which is to achieve an effect of an effective sponge product for rinsing, wiping or absorbing liquids or active products to be used in large quantities. The non-absorbent and structured materials can have either a role of reactivation of the active products deposited or not on the absorbent face, or a role of support for additional products.
These active products can moreover be of a different nature, and in a nonlimiting manner be sprayed or microencapsulated on the external faces of the materials, and can have complementary actions depending on the purpose of the result which it is desired to obtain.
Depending on their use, the pockets or pouches will be manufactured with different dimensions and original shapes, in line with this use.
The production of the pockets / pouches is done using a waterproof or peelable, durable welding or gluing technique.
When the soldering or bonding is durable, one can obtain, if this one or this one is carried out on the whole perimeter of the pocket / pouch, a double-sided wipe or, if this one or this one is made only on a part of the perimeter, a pocket or glove is obtained, allowing the introduction of the hand or fingers inside.
When the welding or bonding is durable over part of the perimeter of the pocket / pouch, and peelable over the remainder of this perimeter, the wipe pouch can advantageously be transformed into a pocket or glove by opening the bonding or peelable weld.
When the soldering or bonding is peelable over the entire perimeter of the pocket / pouch, two separate wipes are obtained by complete separation of the two elements.
