Abstract

Détecteur de gaz à semi-conducteur conçu pour un chromatographe servant à détecter un constituant dans un gaz élué dans une colonne de séparation après l'introduction dans cette colonne d'un spécimen de gaz mélangé à un gaz porteur. Ce détecteur comporte, de façon caractéristique, un élément de détection composé d'un semi-conducteur en oxyde métallique contenant, en tant que constituant primaire, oxyde d'indium. Ce détecteur présente une extrême sensibilité aux traces de gaz et peut être utilisé en chromatographie gazeuse afin de détecter un élément respiratoire.
