Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé destiné à inhiber l'accumulation d'un matériau sur un élément chauffant (14) dans un bain chimique (16) qui consiste à placer cet élément chauffant (14) dans un manchon de protection (12). Le manchon (12) peut être fabriqué à partir de deux feuilles de matériau, notamment du polytétrafluoréthylène (PTFE), scellées entre elles le long du bord extérieur du manchon. L'élément chauffant généralement abrité par le manchon peut ensuite être utilisé dans un bain chimique. La pression fluide du bain chimique appuie le manchon contre l'élément chauffant afin de faciliter un transfert thermique efficace.
