Abstract

To provide easier maintainability and an improved pressure applying action a manual juice extractor has a seating (25) for receiving an item or fruit or vegetables to be juiced and a press head (1) urged against the seating by a rectilinearly reciprocating slide arrangement, the head being linked to one end of an arcuately movable L-shaped handle (8).
