Abstract

Procédé lavable pour inclure des objets divers sur tissus. L'invention concerne un procédé permettant d'inclure toutes sortes de minéraux, des végétaux, d'animaux, de textes, de photographies, de documents, de lampes et d'objets divers sur du tissu et de pouvoir les exposer, tout en les conservant.

Description

INCLUSIONS SOUPLES SUR TISSUS
La présente mvention concerne un procédé d'inclusion sur tissus, de minéraux, de végétaux, d'animaux, de textes, de photographies, de documents, de lampes et d'objets divers, pour permettre leur conservation et les exposer à des fins décoratives.
Les inclusions sont traditionnellement solides et massives, ce qui ne permet pas d'exposer ces objets sur tissus et exclue la souplesse.
Un autre inconvénient est la difficulté d'inclure des objets fragiles tels que papillons, plumes.
Le procédé selon l'invention permet de remédier à ces inconvénients. Il est en effet selon une première caractéristique, à base de résine (polymères mono-composés) translucide et imperméable permettant de fixer les objets et de les voir par transparence. Le tissus garde sa souplesse et les objets les plus fragiles sont visibles et parfaitement conservés même après lavages.
Un des avantages de ce procédé est la rapidité d'exécution, l'hygiène et la sécurité.
Un autre avantage est le contact tactile avec l'objet inclus (papillons, scarabée, scorpions, araignées, etc.). Une fine couche enveloppe les objets. Le travail sur le volume n'est pas exclue. Contrairement à l'inclusion traditionnelle où l'objet est mis en profondeur, on obtient ici un contact très intime et sensuel sans détériorer l'objet (on peut injecter de la résine dans les objets creux pour les rendre plus solides. Exemple : abdomen d'araignée.
Mais l'intérêt majeur de ce procédé est, bien sûr, d'exposer les objets et les déplacer de leur contexte traditionnel d'objets décoratifs d'intérieur vers un support tel que les vêtements
(vestes, robes, T-shirts, chapeaux, pantalons, etc....). Ces objets se chargent alors d'une fonction symbolique et sont exposés d'une manière évidente dans des lieux extérieurs. La portée de l'invention est certaine dans le domaine de la mode et de l'habillement et va même au-delà : éducation, naturalisme, écologie, symbolisme...
De plus, ce procédé facilite l'installation d'un système d'éclairage (lampes, diodes : L.E.D.) et produit un effet visuel très intéressant. La lumière se propage très bien dans un milieu résineux et translucide. Plus le dépôt de résine est important mieux est la diffusion de la lumière. La lumière traverse par exemple un papillon qui se voit par transparence.
Un autre avantage de travailler sur un support en tissu est celui de cacher le reste du système (fil électrique, batterie...)
Enfin, grâce à la lumière, les bulles d'air inhérentes à l'inclusion sont illuminées. Selon des modes particuliers de réalisation :
- Couler sur le tissu une première couche de résine gluante, Ensuite déposer les objets par dessus,
- Enfin, couler une deuxième couche de résine translucide sur l'objet afin de l'inclure dans la résine ainsi fixée au tissus,
Puis laisser sécher.

La figure représente en coupe, le procédé de l'invention. En référence à ce dessin, le procédé comporte un dépôt successif de couches : (1) tissu (2) résine de base (3) objet (4) résine translucide.
Sur le tissus (1) on dépose une première couche de résine (2) ensuite on dépose les objets (3) enfin on applique une autre couche translucide (4) et on laisse sécher.

REVENDICATIONS
INCLUSIONS SOUPLES SUR TISSUS
1) Procédé d'inclusion sur tissus (1) caractérisé par le dépôt de minéraux, de végétaux, d'animaux, de textes, de photographies, de documents, de lampes et d'objets divers (3) en déposant une première couche de résine de base (2) et une dernière couche de résine translucide (4) recouvrant l'ouvrage.
2) Procédé selon revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la première couche de résine (2) soit déposée directement sur le tissu : vêtements (1)
3) Procédé selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que les objets (3) cités dans la revendication 1 soient déposés sur la couche de base (2).
4) Procédé selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la dernière couche (4) de résine translucide soit déposée sur les objets (3) à inclure.
5) Procédé selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que, parmi les objets (3) cités dans la revendication 1, un système d'éclairage (lampes, diodes : L.E.D.) soit inclus afin d'illuminer l'ouvrage.
