Abstract

L'invention concerne une pluralité de procédés destinés à la production d'un matériau à base de polyvinylchlorure comprenant des microsphères expansibles. Ledit matériau est avantageusement utilisé pour produire des articles de faible poids destinés au revêtement de sols, des carreaux et des tuiles flamandes, des bords de pièces de meubles, des éléments de meubles et leurs composants, avantageusement des plinthes extérieures, des panneaux destinés à l'industrie de la construction et à l'industrie du meuble, des produits trouvant une application dans l'isolation thermique et/ou acoustique, des conduits, des flotteurs, des composants trouvant une application dans la prévention des accidents, des composants d'installations sportives et sanitaires, des articles pour intérieur de véhicules à moteur, des poignées, des manettes de jeu et des jouets, des éléments résistants aux chocs, des câbles (comme matériau de remplissage), des produits résistants à l'huile et antistatiques, ainsi que des parties intérieures de chaussures, articles dont la fabrication s'effectue au moyen d'un procédé de moulage par injection, de moulage par intrusion ou de moulage par compression, ainsi que par extrusion ou calandrage.
