Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à un acide nucléique isolé et purifié comprenant un polynucléotide codant une protéine molécule d'adhésion jonctionnelle humaine, ainsi qu'à des procédés d'identification de composés qui se lient à cette protéine et qui modulent la liaison entre ladite protéine et d'autres molécules d'adhésion jonctionnelle.
