Abstract
Description
"Profilsystem zur Querschnittsausbildung von Flachschlüsseln sowie von Schlüsselkanälen" "Profile system for the cross-sectional formation of flat keys and key channels"
TECHNISCHE GEBIETTECHNICAL AREA
The invention relates to a profile system for cross-sectional training of flat keys with substantially flat and approximately parallel flat sides and corresponding key channels in lock cylinders, especially for the construction of locking systems, with ribs or grooves on the flat sides of the key bit or the keyway, as the variation profile elements and are provided as guide profile elements. The invention further relates to a flat key in the context of this profile system.
The protection of life, privacy and property are paramount. Therefore, a lock and a key are of particular importance. In locking systems, access areas are defined and implemented by assigning each asset key to one or more locks. This assignment or the exclusion of key and lock with respect to the lock function is achieved in locking systems based on lock cylinders with flat keys by the cross-sectional profile of the key and the cross section of the keyway. Only if the contour of a key channel cross-section exactly corresponds to or envelops a flat key cross-section does the key fit into the lock. As soon as the contour of the flat key cross section intersects that of the key channel cross section, the key has no blocking authorization with regard to the abovementioned lock cylinder.
Of course, this assignment between the key and the lock cylinder via the profile - that is, the cross section of the key, in particular the flat key and the key channel of the lock cylinder - also applies to the single cylinder and the lock cylinder. key that is not directly part of a locking system.
The security requirement is the same if a key can not be easily copied. Through collateral notes and strict identity checks, a replacement key can be procured from the authorized person by the original manufacturer. If key blanks are commercially available, a key service with a copy milling device could easily make a spare key by making toothing on the key-breast. If a copy milling device is also capable of scanning a cross-sectional profile on the flat sides of an original key and corresponding milling tools are present, a spare key can also be machined out of a chip of metal. So far, by restricting the free accessibility in the market, the production of spare keys for locked key profiles was not possible due to the lack of a corresponding blank, today the technical possibilities for key services already exist, copies of a key both with regard to the teeth and in terms of Profiles to make. The scanning of a key profile is done mechanically or visually from the side. The result of this lateral scan is followed by the insertion or feed of one or more cutters for the production of U-shaped, V-shaped or rectangular grooves. By tilting the key blank, grooves may also be inclined to the centerline of the profile cross-section, e.g. as undercut grooves, are produced.
STAND DER TECHNIKSTATE OF THE ART
From DE 31 36 314 AI a key is known which laterally beyond imaginary side lines of a fictitious central cross-section has far-reaching ribs, so that this key does not have flat and approximately parallel Lele has flat sides. These protruding ribs carry cut grooves in the direction of movement of the core pins. If you sweep away the protruding ribs in the key, then you can easily insert the key into the key channel and even lock it if necessary. A key profile should be designed so that refurbishing by surface grinding does not lead to success.
OFFENBARUNG DER ERFINDUNGDISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION
The invention aims to design a profile system for the cross-sectional formation of flat keys with substantially flat and approximately parallel flat sides and of corresponding key channels in lock cylinders in such a way that the profile is worked out in one operation with a modern key profile milling device, as used in key services could not come. This is achieved in the case of flat keys having essentially planar and approximately parallel flat sides and corresponding key channels in that at least one further groove as a branching groove or branching lip originates from at least one groove, in particular the guide profile, and the grooving directions of groove and branch groove differ are, for example, diverging by 60 °. By the lateral scanning of the profile grooves of an original key, the branching is not or only partially detected. It should be made by rewinding the blank and rescanning the original. The reclamping for a deviating from the original Einstechrichtung a profile groove angular position of the center line of the profile groove inevitably leads to lateral displacements, so that a branching or an outgoing laterally from a groove groove is neither dimensionally and functionally adequate nor cost-effectively manufacturable. This is possible in practice only in the lock factory, which has profiled broaching machines as well has large milling centers, with Umspannfehler not occur, since error-causing separate operations with re-measuring a starting position are not required. The production of Abzweignuten, emanating from the interior of a keyed flat side groove is just as difficult as the matched production of the keyway profile in the lock cylinder. It is advantageous if the Abzweignut or Abzweignuten emanate from a side edge or the side edges of the groove at a distance from the groove bottom. This results in a significant bifurcation of the grooves in two or more directions, which can hardly be reworked. With regard to a guarantee that these branching or branching grooves should always be present, even in the case of locking systems, for safety reasons (ie even in the subordinate key), it is expedient if the groove and branching groove or rib and branching rib are provided as guide profile elements. The guide profile is designed for each key within a locking system, so that the desired level of safety is guaranteed. It is advantageous if the guide profile elements are provided as overlapping profile elements opposing each other from both key flat sides or key channel side walls with at least one branching groove on a groove or branch rib on a rib of the guide profile. If one wanted to attempt to produce a somewhat superior profile by grinding the branching groove, then, as a result of enlarging the groove, this would weaken the entire cross section and, in most cases, also cause the cross section to fall apart. There are thus the production of a replacement key with the usual means set limits that preclude an unfair key copying. It should be noted that the production of a key that does not correspond to the original is to be regarded as the criminal prosecution of a burglary tool and that it must be considered as such Key in anticompetitive way the locking system is devalued. It is expedient for manufacturing or safety reasons if the puncture width of the branching groove or groove is about one third of the length of the flank or of the groove bottom of the groove from which the branching groove originates. This flat key can be a system key or a single key. In particular, it is expedient if the Abzweignut or Abzweignuten emanate from a side edge or the side edges of the groove in the flat key at a distance from the groove bottom. Such a key is particularly difficult to produce and weakens by the Abzweignut the strength of the key much less than a possibly deeper groove in the groove bottom of the main groove.
KURZE BESCHREIBUNG DER ZEICHNUNGENBRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
Fig. 1 bis 4 zeigen Schlüsselquerschnitte, Fig. 5 einen Schlüsselkanalquerschnitt.Embodiments of the subject invention are illustrated in the drawings. Fig. 1 to 4 show key cross sections, Fig. 5 a key channel cross-section.
BESTE AUSFÜHRUNGSFORM DER ERFINDUNGBEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
A key 1 of a locking system has an overlapped guide profile with grooves 2, 3 in the cross section of the key bit approximately in its longitudinal center, each projecting beyond the profile centerline. Such a design fulfills the There would be a guide profile, so the positioning of the key in the keyway and covers the core pins on the head side, so is used for scanning safety of the lock cylinder. From a side edge of the groove 2 is a branching 4 as a triangular groove. The piercing direction (arrow 5) for producing the groove 2 and the piercing direction (arrow 6) of the branching groove 4 are different. Thus, two operations and a re-clamping of the blank for the changed machining direction are required. Fig. 2 shows a key 7 and in addition in the groove 3 thereof a rectangular branching groove 8. In Fig. 5, the corresponding key channel 9 is shown: This has ribs 2 1 and 3 'and branch ribs 4' and 8 '. A key according to FIG. 1 could not be inserted into the key channel 9 as a result of missing branching groove 8.
If a key service an original key 7 of FIG. 2 would be present for the preparation of a spare key, then only the grooves 2 and 3 could be formed in one Einstechrichtung. If you wanted to try by deep grooving the grooves 2 and 3 form so that they include the branching grooves 4 and 8, then the key 7 would break apart. The contours of a deeper grooving are shown in broken lines in Fig. 2.
In Fig. 3, a key 10 is shown, which is beyond a guide profile of FIG. 1 with the grooves 2 and 3 and the branching 4 going still the grooves 11, 12 and 13, 13 'and 14, 14' is equipped as a variation profile. In the groove 11, an example of a variation system is given. FIG. 4 shows a key 15 which comprises the grooves 2, 3 and the branching groove 4 as a guide profile. In the groove 16, which, like all other unmarked grooves, belongs to the variation profile, a branching groove 17 is provided as part of the variation profile which emanates from a side flank with a different piercing direction as a milling cutter relative to the groove 16. This branching groove 17 has a groove bottom which is oblique to the plane of the side flank the groove 15 is located. This makes it even more difficult to rework a key. Thus, not only the profile elements of the guide profile, but also those of the variation profile can be formed with branching grooves on the side flanks or on the groove bottom (eg in the case of rectangular grooves or trapezoidal grooves).
If the key, the grooves and the or the branching was mentioned, then this applies mutatis mutandis to the corresponding ribs and branch ribs in the key channel. The invention relates to the single key as well as the system key, the latter having the Abzweignut in a profile range, which is inevitably present in all keys of the system, so that the security effect is ensured in all keys in conjunction with the corresponding lock cylinders or.
