Definitions

  • the invention is directed to a drainage channel body, in particular made of polymer concrete, as a box channel or slot channel with a built-in sole slope in the channel inner sole as a sub-element of a drainage system.
  • Such drainage channel bodies are available in different designs, just as an example here are DE-84 35 101-U1, DE-35 15 917-A1, DE-40 07 296-C2, DE-44 36 460-A1 or European patent applications 0 112 287, 0 380 901 or 0 758 038. It is also known to assemble such gutters to form the entire drainage system, the gutter segments or gutter sections being made available to the user with a built-in slope. In order to find the right order here, not only an arrow is introduced into the outer wall in the direction of flow, but also numbers, so that the gutter sections can be assembled in the correct order from a kit, the assembly usually being the highest Numeral begins, which also means the lowest point of the gutter section back to the smallest number, e.g. starting from gutter No. 9 back No. 8 to No. 9, No. 7 to No. 8 etc.
  • a disadvantage of the known solutions is i.a. in the fact that laying the channel elements in a line with changing downward slopes encounters problems, in particular at the middle high-point positions of the line, since channel segments collide there whose end face design cannot be coupled to one another.
  • the object of the invention is to provide an end face design of such gutter sections, which both enables coupling and precise alignment of the gutter sections, but at the same time also avoids pushing together on already applied in-situ concrete or a correspondingly prepared surface, ie, despite alignments, it enables insertion from above.
  • this object is achieved according to the invention in that in one of the two U-legs, in the use position, an essentially perpendicular, outwardly pointing web and in the other U-leg one in the front Position of use essentially vertical groove is provided for engaging the web of a neighboring gutter, the length of the respective groove in the vertical dimension, both upwards and downwards, being greater than the length dimension of the corresponding web.
  • the length of the groove is larger than the web to be used, it is possible to initially lay a new gutter piece above the prepared contact surface, e.g. above the in-situ concrete, bring it up to the already installed piece, push the groove and the tongue together and then lower the channel element, namely guided in the respective groove by engagement of the somewhat shorter tongue, which makes the lowering possible.
  • Embodiments of the invention emerge from the subclaims, it being possible to interchange the arrangement of the web or the groove in the opposite end face of the channel body in such a way that a channel side on one side has a web and on the other side has a groove.
  • Each of the two front ends can have a corresponding half-groove or milling in the region of the inside of the channel, such that when two channel bodies are assembled, an essentially U-shaped groove is created for introducing a sealant.
  • each transition area of the two U-legs to the channel bottom Providing U-web on one of the end faces each have a niche-shaped engagement recess forming a lower contact surface in the direction of gravity and two cams pointing outward and forming a contact surface are formed on the other end-face channel surface, the cams of one channel front side being in the position of use on the contact surface of the Place recesses in the other face.
  • the height of the niche-shaped engagement recess is greater than the extent of the engagement cams in the vertical, in such a way that the insertion and lowering movement, as already described in more detail above, is also made possible here, i.e. the channel body to be newly installed can first be inserted or pushed into the channel body already installed above the support surface and then lowered to its position.
  • the support cams themselves also protrude outwards in niches of the end faces to form predetermined breaking points, ie they can be formed, for example, by a simple opening can be broken off with a hammer and then no longer interfere with the assembly of two identical end faces in the upper or lower channel apex.
  • FIG. 1 is an end view of a channel body according to the invention
  • FIG. 2 shows a section along line II-II in FIG. 1 in the joint area of two adjacent channel bodies
  • 1 generally designates the drainage channel body according to the invention, the complete illustration of a channel body being omitted here, since according to the invention it is essentially a question of the formation of the end faces and of the joint area resulting therefrom when assembled.
  • each end face of the cross-sectionally U-shaped channel body 1, designated by 2 has an outwardly projecting web 3 in a U-leg 2a, and a groove 4 in the other U-leg 2b such that the web 3 and an end face of a channel body pers 1 can engage in the groove 4 of the adjacent gutter body la.
  • the longitudinal extension of the groove 4, in particular upwards, is longer than the longitudinal extension of the web 3, so that it is possible, after laying a gutter body 1, to first face the neighboring gutter body 1 a above the contact surface to couple and then lower, so that the web 3 can engage in the groove 4a of the adjacent body, while the web 3a of the adjacent body can engage in the groove 4 of the already laid channel element and can be lowered therein.
  • 5 to 8 show a modified design of a drainage channel body, here the elements 1 to 4 are designated 11 to 14.
  • niche-shaped engagement recesses 5 are made on one side of the channel body 11, which form a straight support surface 6 oriented towards the floor, while in the other end face from niches 7 to the outside facing cams 8 projecting beyond the contour are provided, which form a downward facing, straight contact surface 9.
  • the above-described lifting movement into the end faces can also be carried out in this embodiment. If the adjacent channel body is first brought up to the front side in a slightly raised position via, for example, in-situ concrete, the cam 8 can engage in the recess 7 at the top. If the channel element is then lowered, the contact surfaces 6 and 9 come into contact, as is indicated in FIG. 9. As can be seen in particular from FIG. 7, an assembly of identical channel bodies at the front, for example at the high point of a channel strand with changing slope direction, is possible without any problems, since the cams 8 projecting beyond the joint surface can be broken off by a hammer impact, for example, the residual stumps, In Fig. 7 at a point designated 8a, then step back so far behind the end face that an assembly is easily possible.

  • the described exemplary embodiments of the invention can be modified in many ways without departing from the basic idea.
  • the position of the niche-shaped engagement recesses or the niches with the cams can be moved closer to the groove 14 or to the web 13 or in such a way that these elements merge into one another and. the like more.
