Abstract

The invention relates to a system of devices for accessing administrations and computer networks without any computer knowledge. The inventive system comprises: a machine with an integrated computer which is specially designed with a single button and a ball for moving the cursor, said elements being vandal proof; and an electronic card which controls the switching on and off of the system. The system employs peripherals which facilitate the use thereof and special programs which are used to establish connections with different administrations without the need for any computer knowledge on the user's part.

This patent falls on a "System of access devices to administrations and computer networks without computer knowledge."

Large public and private organizations make considerable efforts to ensure a strong presence in computer networks. However, only 45% of the US population, 20% of the European population and 3% of the world population access or have the knowledge to access the networks.

The figures of the Spanish Ministry of New Technologies indicate that 15% of Spanish families have a computer, modem, access to more computer networks, the knowledge needed to use them.

To alleviate this imbalance between citizens with means and with computer skills and citizens with no experience or knowledge, Administrations program courses and monographs.

These programs are very expensive and limited, but their existence demonstrates that it excites the awareness of the need to match opportunities and give way to a greater number of people to the information provided by the Networks.

SYSTEM CARACTERISTICS

Starting from this base, a device composed of an exclusive machine and expert programs or systems has been studied and developed for 7 years. With these exclusive devices, the first system has been composed to allow access to Administrations and computer networks, without having computer skills.

The advantages of the present invention are apparent from this report, although the following are enumerated merely by way of example and not limited to the most essential ones, namely:

Using new and simple tools, which provide users with the basic knowledge normally necessary to navigate networks. This device allows access to computer networks and manage administrative procedures directly by any citizen, making a true ormatic democratization and a real generalization of the use of computer networks.

Like all inventions, this idea seems simple. However, between its conception and its realization, more than 7 years of work, trials and tests have elapsed.

For this, an apparatus that has a totally exclusive design is used, according to Fig. 1 is a vertical rectangular parallelepiped (1) which in its upper part has a step-shaped recess (2).

The set of applications created to work under environments

Windows have the mission of facilitating any user, no matter how inexperienced, to manage, consult, send resumes, identify themselves before an administrative service, visit websites and the like, without using a conventional keyboard, or a mouse.

The device incorporates, when necessary, an on-screen virtual keyboard for entering text data.

In web forms, it can be very convenient to use the navigation sphere that the terminal has incorporated, since it can be somewhat inaccurate to touch a field of small dimensions on a touch screen.

In accordance with the attached designs in Fig. 2, a screen with animation is presented presenting the owner or user of the Service. Fig. 5 represents a free video conference, SMS messages and e-mail. This screen links with different types of communication with people, support or help staff and the like.

The "Send e-mail for free" button connects to a company server, this system contains an e-mail web service that allows you to write name and e-mail of the sender, e-mail of the recipient, subject and content.

Fig. 6 represents the application for jobs, internships and volunteers: Access to the online databases of this system with current job offers, entry of resumes and taking pictures to attach them and the like.

Job offers in Spain: Access a database hosted on a server of this system that is updated every day which users can sort by geographical area, required degree, type of employment or all jobs in alphabetical order.

The button job boards in Spain and abroad connects us to computer networks showing a list of the main online job bank companies around the world classified by nationality or area.

Fig. 7 represents a main screen of the curriculum insertion form. This form allows the user to enter all their personal and professional data for the creation of a record in the database of this system that only he can consult in the future since he will be protected by a password that the user himself will have the opportunity to choose Finalize the form.

Each of the resulting screens when pressing each of these buttons, is a browser of this system like the example we have seen before. Fig. 10 represents access to computer networks. This screen gives us access to a list of computer network sites of greatest interest to users.

Each of them shows a browser for this system except for the last one that shows a detailed list of search engines and other sites of general interest.

Fig. 11 represents the Administration. This screen launches us again to a browser of this system with the same functions mentioned above, but loading a different address.

Fig. 12 represents the University Campus. Access to the different services of the "University Campus" option on the main screen.

All will take us to the browser of this system but this time with an addition; One more button used to translate the displayed page into Spanish. Fig. 13 represents suggestions and information. From this keypad you can send suggestions, see the options of others, information about this system and the like.
