- the user having the mobile communication device B105 accesses to a home page server B112 of the electronic cash management company through an Internet network Bill so as to reverse-recharge electronic cash to the system B107 of the electronic cash management company. Then, the user inputs a number of user's account and an amount of cash to be reverse-recharged by using an input device B102 of the user's mobile communication device B105 corresponding to a home page menu transmitted to the screen BlOl of the users mobile communication device B105 from the electronic cash management company. Then, the user's mobile communication device B105 determines whether or not an amount of electronic cash to be reverse-recharged properly matches with the predetermined limitation and regulation.
- the user's mobile communication device B105 determines that the amount of electronic cash to be reverse-recharged properly matches with the predetermined limitation and regulation, the user's mobile communication device B105 provides the present balance of electronic cash and a number A103 of the user's mobile communication device B105 recorded in the information controlling, calculating and recording device B103 to the system B107 of the electronic cash management company through the Internet network Bill together with the number of the account and the amount of electronic cash to be reverse-recharged. Then, the computer BIO8 of the electronic cash management company determines whether or not the account number and mobile communication device number match with warranted numbers and whether or not save of electronic cash is possible.
- the computer B108 of the electronic cash management company subtracts electronic cash to be reverse-recharged from the present balance of electronic cash recorded in the user's mobile communication device B105.
- the system B107 of the electronic cash management company sends total balance information and reverse-recharge finish information to the user's mobile communication device B105 through the Internet network Bill.
- the user's mobile communication device B105 updates present balance information stored in the information controlling, calculating and recording device B103 by subtracting reverse-recharged electronic cash from the present balance and stores information in connection with the reverse-recharge work including a reverse- recharge date, a reverse-recharge time, an amount of reverse-recharged electronic cash, and the account number in the information controlling, calculating and recording device B103.
- the user's mobile communication device BIO5 displays an image notifying the finish of reverse-recharge work in the screen BlOl. Therefore, the user can use electronic cash as required based on the present balance after checking the finish of the reverse-recharge work.
- the information controlling, calculating and recording device BIO3 of the user's mobile communication device B105 can perform the function for subtracting reverse-recharged electronic cash from the present balance, instead of the computer B108 of the electronic cash management company.
- a tenth embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 6, is similar to the fifth embodiment of the present invention, except that the user does not input an amount of charge to be paid through the mobile communication device, but simply approve the charge suggested by the electronic cash terminal of the store in order to reduce time required for a settlement procedure .
- a clerk of the store displays a charge to be paid on a screen B 101 of an electronic cash terminal B114 installed at a cash counter and switches an operating mode of the electronic cash terminal B114 into a payment-transfer mode.
- the user also switches an operating mode of the mobile communication device B105 into a payment-transfer mode.
- the mobile communication device B105 is arranged to make contact with the electronic cash terminal B114, or to be adjacent to the electronic cash terminal B114..
- the mobile communication device BIO5 of the user sends a signal to the electronic cash terminal B114, notifying that the mobile communication device BIO5 is ready for receiving information.
- the electronic cash terminal B114 sends information regarding an amount of electronic cash to be paid and a device identification code Alll of the electronic cash terminal B114 to the mobile communication device B105 of the user.
- the mobile communication device B105 of the user Upon receiving information from the electronic cash terminal B114, the mobile communication device B105 of the user checks whether or not the charge to be paid is normally counted. If the charge is normally counted, the mobile communication device B105 of the user sends information regarding the number A109 of the mobile, communication device B105 of the user and a partial finish notification A112 to the electronic cash terminal B114 of the store through an external interface B104 thereof, and temporarily stores the charge to be paid and the identification code of the electronic cash terminal B114 in the information controlling, calculating and recording device B103.
- the external interface B104 transfers information through making contact with the mobile communication device B105 (contact type), or through infrared ray, RF signals and the likes (non- contact type) .
- the electronic cash terminal B114 receives information through an external interface B104 thereof and temporarily stores information in the information controlling, calculating and recording device B103. After that, the electronic cash terminal B114 sends a finish notification All3 to the mobile communication device B105 through the external interface B104 thereof. Then, the mobile communication terminal BIO5 of the user sends information regarding electronic cash calculated by subtracting paid electronic cash from the previous balance thereof to the information controlling, calculating and recording device B103, and the electronic cash terminal B114 sends information regarding electronic cash calculated by adding paid electronic cash to the previous balance thereof to the information controlling, calculating and recording device B103, thereby updating present balance information stored in the information controlling, calculating and recording device B103.
- each of mobile communication device B105 and electronic cash terminal B114 stores information in connection with the payment-transfer work including a payment-transfer date, a payment-transfer time, an amount of payment, and a device identification code in the information controlling, calculating and recording device B103.
