Abstract

This invention is for the special production method of steel pallet which is using on block production process and block condensation process. Making the steel pallet, cut the steel plate (3.220mm thickness) by using of existing method, that is, high temperature gas cutting, plasma cutting and laser cutting. These methods have problem, too much production cost, difficulty for finishing work, and temperature change. In order to solve these problems, make the steel pallet under cold condition on over all production process with shearing the raw material (plate), cutting the corner of plate, and leveling correction by rolling. This is the method of production having high accuracy steel pallet with low production cost and minimizing temperature change.

TECHNICAL FIELD Until now low quality steel pallet for block, brick and other cement <05> products making machine was produced by high heating device and area. By this invention, improve production line with automation and produce high quality steel pallet. So reducing its production cost, increasing its competition and then makes a contribution to develop industries.
<10> TECHNICAL BACKGROUND
Up to now, steel pallet was produced by cutting the raw steel plate with high temperature gas cutting, plasma cutting and laser cutting. So after cooling down the plate, need more expense to handle after-work, lose of raw material and lack of accuracy. Also have a
<15>problem which is back to the original shape after leveling work.
DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION This invention is applied production method of steel pallet for block, brick and other cement products making machine. Cut the coil or steel plate by shearing machine at room temperature <20> in order to make quadrangle shape of steel pallet.
And next, press process, cut the corner of plate (more than 4) repeatedly by using mold.
From this process, happen to exist the different shape between front portion of surface and end portion of surface. This is the week point of shearing method. And remove the shape edge of upper and lower cutting surface. For this, adjust the side, press by roller (more than 2 each) like a side rolling method. BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Lets explain the example based on the following Figure chart. <15> Fig 1 is illustrated all equipment flow chart by this invention.
By using shearing (2) machine, cut the coil (skelp, having straight length) and steel plate (1) (for steel pallet) to be same length of steel pallet. So forming the plate having same width and length of steel pallet. Put this designed steel plate to the press (4) (which is for cutting the <20> corner) by roller conveyor (3) or by handy work.
And then cut the corner of plate by mould to be same size (straight or curl shape) of prescription (more than one time).
For smooth finishing the cutting surface of steel pallet, to begin with, move the plate with the length direction. <25>Let the plate pass through several length direction rolls (5) having the power of press.
On the process of passing through, the roll which is located in the middle of length direction roll press (5) i.e, press by both side, by several length direction roll press (6) which is formed groove as the same thickness of <30>steel plate, remove the sharp area caused shearing work.
Then move to next step for finishing the cutting surface of steel plate goes on same manner of above length direction roll press (7,8). On the process of leveler (9) work, we can get the plane, which we want, through leveling work. And so it is possible to produce steel pallet for block, brick and other cement products making machine with more accurate size, preventing variation under hot temperature condition.
<05>At the final process, removing the burr on the cutting area automatically, use the movable roller conveyor (10), move plate to conveyor at the location of the burr area.
Among two directions, go on the length direction first, and then remove the burr by using Grinder (11), and then next go on the width direction, remove

So this invention is contribute to down the production cost and produce steel pallet for block, brick and other cement products making machine without secondary variation under hot temperature condition.
The effect of industrial use.
<l5>Until now, it is influenced by variable factor of size and level of the steel pallet for block, brick and other cement products making machine.. But through this invention, can solve the problems such as excessive expense of after-work, loss of raw material, increase cutting cost by using of high heat gas cutting, plazma cutting and lazer cutting.
<10>Especially cost of level correction which is happened by temperature change and prevent secondary variation, so it is very effective to extend its lifetime.
And also the shape of steel pallet are very elegant and accuracy by producing at the cold strip iron space.
<15>The production of this steel pallet has far-ready effects to the industries of other similar makers.

Claims

I .This is the special production method to produce steel pallet for block, brick and other cement products making machine from using steel plate under cold strip iron space processing totally unified with shearing, corner work press, side <05> roll equipment or grinder, leveler and grinder equipment.
2. This is the special production method to remove burr from cutting area of steel pallet for block, brick and other cement products making machine under using the side roll press which has the length and the width direction (more than two times) by applied from Article 1.
