  • the parameter database system 6 is on the information path also between the message database system 7 and network server 8. Then all the transaction reports from the terminal equipment 12 to the reporting system and vice versa always go through the parameter database system 6.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un système et un procédé de compte rendu mis en oeuvre au sein d'un réseau de télécommunication et conçus pour recueillir des informations de transaction et fournir un service de compte rendu. Selon l'invention, un système de compte rendu comprenant un système de bases de données d'appels (5), un système de bases de données de paramètres (6) et un système de bases de données de messages et de messagerie vocale (7) est conçu pour être relié par une connexion de transmission de données avec un système de réseau intelligent (1, 2) dirigeant le trafic vers l'équipement terminal client (9), pour recueillir les informations de transaction. Le système de compte rendu est configuré pour recueillir les demandes de connexion relatives à l'obtention d'informations de transaction provenant du système de réseau intelligent, et une connexion de transmission de données est établie dans le système de compte rendu au moyen d'un serveur de réseau (8) pour permettre l'affichage d'un compte rendu d'informations de transaction sur un équipement terminal de réseau de communication (12).
