DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN ANTECEDENTESDESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION BACKGROUND
En México asi como en otros paises se cuenta con vehículos que permiten transportar de forma terrestre los insumos y artículos que demanda la actividad económica. En este sentido en el mercado existen unidades para transporte de carga en general conocidos como contenedores, semi-remolques caja seca o vagones tipo caja en los que se transporta diferentes productos resguardándolos de la intemperie y de condiciones externas, los diseños y dimensiones varían de acuerdo a las necesidades de los usuarios .In Mexico, as well as in other countries, there are vehicles that allow transporting land supplies and items that economic activity demands. VENTAJAS DEL SEMI -REMOLQUE "TOLVA-CAJA" Esta unidad tiene como principal objetivo incrementar la productividad de quienes se dedican al transporte, el semi-remolque tolva-caja permite ser utilizado como tolva para transporte de granos, semillas, harinas, cemento, etc. para lo cual cuenta con paredes laterales, pared frontal y trasera en forma de plano inclinado, techo con escotillas para carga y en la parte inferior uno o mas conos de descarga por gravedad con compuertas tipo guillotina. Dicha unidad está fabricada mediante dos largueros o bordas laterales colocados en la parte superior e inferior de cada uno de los costados de la unidad (Figs. 2, 3 Parte No. 9, 10) estos dos largueros están espaciados por varios elementos estructurales (Figs. 2, 3, 9 Parte No. 1) espaciados de acuerdo a la capacidad de carga que se requiera, sujeto a estos elementos horizontales (Figs. 2, 3 Parte No. 9, 10) y a los elementos verticales (Figs. 2, 3, 9 Parte No. 1) lleva la laminación de los costados (Figs. 2, 3, 7, 8, 9 Parte No. 2) la cual además de contener y proteger los productos que transporta en su interior la unidad, funciona como un elemento estructural, además de los dos costados lleva una pared frontal en el exterior (Figs. 1, 4 Parte No. 3), asi como un marco trasero con puertas (Figs. 1, 5 Parte No. 12) y defensa (Fig. 5 Parte No. 13) como para choques, en la parte superior lleva una cubierta de lamina de aluminio o bien de materiales compuestos (Fig. 1 Parte No. 15) que une las bordas superiores (Figs. 1, 2, 3 Parte No. 9) la borda superior frontal (Figs. 1, 4 Parte No. 11) además del marco trasero (Figs. 1, 5 Parte No. 12), esta laminación del techo (Fig. 1 Parte No. 15) sirve para los mismos fines que la laminación lateral (Figs. 2, 3, 7, 8, 9 Parte No. 2) en el techo lleva una o más compuertas para carga a granel (Figs. 1, 2, 3 Parte No. 16) y en el entorno de estas escotillas lleva pasillos antiderrapantes (Fig. 1 Parte No. 14) para tener acceso a todas las escotillas. Estos vehículos pueden llevar uno, dos o tres ejes (Figs. 1, 2, 7, 8, 11, 12 Parte No. 6) está equipada con riñes (Figs. 1, 2, 7, 8, 11, 12 Parte No. 7) y llantas (Figs. 1, 2, 7, 8, 11, 12 Parte No. 8) acorde al numero de ejes y capacidad de carga, cuenta con soportes verticales conocidos como patines apoyo (Figs. 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 11, 12 Parte No. 5) para cuando la unidad no está acoplada a la unidad motriz, en la parte inferior de la unidad acoplado a las bordas inferiores (Figs. 2, 3 Parte No. 10) se encuentra el piso del vehículo (Figs. 9, 10, 13 Partes Nos. 20,21) debajo del piso de la sección de tolva (Figs. 9, 10, 13 Parte No. 21) lleva los conos o tolvas de descarga a granel (Figs. 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 11, 12,13 Parte Nos. 17) y en la parte baja del cono lleva una compuerta en forma de guillotina (Fig. 13 Parte No. 18) que es accionada girando un husillo (Fig. 13 Parte No. 19) . En el interior de la unidad cuenta con dos paredes que se colocan como planos inclinados uno en la parte delantera de la unidad (Figs. 11, 12 Parte No. 22) y otro en la parte trasera de la unidad (Figs. 11, 12 Parte No. 23) estos planos inclinados o paredes pueden ser removidas hacia el techo, o bien hacia el piso, mediante mecanismo de contra balance (Figs. 11, 12, 13, 14 Parte No. 26), este mecanismo consta de las siguientes partes: flecha principal (Fig. 14, Parte No. 27), polea cónica (Fig. 14 Parte No. 29), para incrementar potencia en relación al avance del cable de acero (Fig. 14, Parte No. 31), rodamientos de flecha (Fig. 14 Parte No. 30), y resorte de torsión (Fig. 14 Parte No. 28) , al remover estas paredes o planos inclinados son los que permiten a este semi- remolque darle la doble función de tolva y caja.
