Abstract

The invention relates to a jet fan consisting of a jet fan body, a grid (2), a fan crank (5), lamellae (13) and an adjusting wheel (6). The crank (6) comprises a tappet (9) which is eccentrically inserted into the adjusting wheel (6) by means of a groove (8), and a tappet (10) which is eccentrically mounted in the radial groove (12) of the adjusting wheel. The grid lamellae are fixed in the crank, said lamellae moving in the grooves as the crank moves. The various radii of the groove in which the tappet moves and of the grooves in which the lamellae move due to the eccentrically positioned tappet in the groove of the adjusting wheel enable complete, continuous closure of the fan grid.

Dieses Gitter lässt sich nicht vollkommen in beiden Endstellungen abschließen und bei undichter Verschlussklappe strömt Luft in die Kabine trotzdem die Luftzufuhr abgeschlossen ist. Die einzelnen Lamellen 13 des Gitters 2 sind über den Zapfen 3 in der Aufhängeachse zum Strahllüfterkörper 1 drehbar und jede Lamelle 13 ist mit dem Zapfen 4 ausgestattet, welcher in die Bohrung in der Kulisse 5 eingesetzt ist. Das Stellrad 6 ist zentral auf den Zapfen 7 aufgesetzt. Im Stellrad 6 ist eine Nut 8 ausgebildet, in welcher sich bei drehen des Stellrades der Zapfen 9 der Kulisse 5 bewegt. Weiter ist im Stellrad 6 die Nute 12 ausgebildet, in welcher sich der Zapfen 10 der Kulisse 5 bewegt. Durch drehen des Stellrades 6 wird mittels Zapfen 10 und Nut 12, weiter mittels Zapfen 9 und Nut 8 die Kulisse 5 so bevvegt, dass die Kulisse 5 die Bewegung über die Zapfen 4 auf die einzelnen Lamellen 13 des Gitters 2, die sich in den Führungen 11 bewegen, überträgt. Diese Konstruktion ermöglicht das vollkommene Abschließen aller Lamellen 13 des Gitters 2 und das auf Grund unterschiedlicher Halbmesser der Führungsnuten 8 und U und auf Grund des exzentrisch angebrachten Zapfen 10 in der Nut 12.
