Die technische Lösung bezieht sich auf eine Einrichtung zur Luftleitung in die Kabinen von Personen- und Nutzfahrzeugen.The technical solution relates to a device for air conduction into the cabins of passenger and commercial vehicles.
Bisheriger Stand der TechnikCurrent state of the art
Bisher wurde Luft mittels Verschlussklappe und Gitter in die Fahrzeugkabinen geleitet und gelenkt. Dieses Gitter lässt sich nicht vollkommen in beiden Endstellungen abschließen und bei undichter Verschlussklappe strömt Luft in die Kabine trotzdem die Luftzufuhr abgeschlossen ist. Das nicht voll abgeschlossene Gitter kann auch Staub und verschiedene Kleine Unsauberkeiten durchlassen.So far, air has been directed and directed into the vehicle cabins by means of a flap and grille. Die technische Lösung wird mittels Zeichnungen näher erklärt. Abb. 1 zeigt den Strahllüfter in Seitenansicht mit Stellrad, Abb. 2 zeigt den Strahllüfter gleichfalls in Seitenansicht, wobei hier das Stellrad nicht abgebildet ist und die Kulisse, die unter dem Stellrad angebracht ist, sichtbar wird. Abb. 3 zeigt das Stellrad von der Seite, die an die Kulisse anschließt.The technical solution is explained in more detail using drawings. Das Gerät nach Abb. 1, 2 und 3 besteht aus dem Strahllüfterkörper 1 der in das Instrumentenbrett eingebaut ist, aus welchem das Gitter 2 hervorragt. Die einzelnen Lamellen 13 des Gitters 2 sind über den Zapfen 3 in der Aufhängeachse zum Strahllüfterkörper 1 drehbar und jede Lamelle 13 ist mit dem Zapfen 4 ausgestattet, welcher in die Bohrung in der Kulisse 5 eingesetzt ist. Das Stellrad 6 ist zentral auf den Zapfen 7 aufgesetzt. Im Stellrad 6 ist eine Nut 8 ausgebildet, in welcher sich bei drehen des Stellrades der Zapfen 9 der Kulisse 5 bewegt. Weiter ist im Stellrad 6 die Nute 12 ausgebildet, in welcher sich der Zapfen 10 der Kulisse 5 bewegt. Durch drehen des Stellrades 6 wird mittels Zapfen 10 und Nut 12, weiter mittels Zapfen 9 und Nut 8 die Kulisse 5 so bevvegt, dass die Kulisse 5 die Bewegung über die Zapfen 4 auf die einzelnen Lamellen 13 des Gitters 2, die sich in den Führungen 11 bewegen, überträgt. Diese Konstruktion ermöglicht das vollkommene Abschließen aller Lamellen 13 des Gitters 2 und das auf Grund unterschiedlicher Halbmesser der Führungsnuten 8 und U und auf Grund des exzentrisch angebrachten Zapfen 10 in der Nut 12.
