Abstract

The device for recording of one and several, one- and multi-grade, two- and three-dimensional multimedian ciphered marks is applicable for marking of all kind of documents and valuable papers like banknote, passports, invoices, etc., aimed at eliminating of all endeavour to forgery & counterfeit. Carriers (1-7) feed ciphers to the computers (8-14) and the publisher's patent (open) series, number and data, fed by the computer (15), stored in the carrier (16), after the final control by the computer (21) through the controlling computer (17), by means of recording head (18) and table for transporting (19), on the document (20) is deposited coded mark (22), and after its reading by (23) and controlling the codes by (24) any correspondence of open data with ciphered marking are recorded in multimedia carriers (32-38) by writing heads (25-31).

Description

A DEVICE FOR RECORDING MULTI-DIMENSIONAL CODED MARKINGS UPON PRODUCTS FOR PROTECTION AND VERIFICATION PURPOSES

Scope of techniques

The invention is referred to a device for recording of one and several, one and multi-grade, two and three-dimensional multi-median ciphered markings on documents, valuable papers etc, for protection and control of their originality

Preceding condition of the techniques

Devices for printing of series and number, for marks deposition, laser perforation of number or on mat-carrier of documents, valuable papers etc, aimed at control and protection against falsifications. All of them, regardless of their type and their recording heads (ink- pad, high-OCP, needle, laser, electron-beam or others), have the following common disadvantages: they are incapable to carry out one- and multi-grade, two- and three-dimensional multimedian ciphered markings, which by means of code write down one or multi- secrete series and number; do not submit together with the recorded open, visible series and number or mark, recorded simultaneously and selectively stored (having the goal to eliminate the corruption in the controlling organs) in multimedian carriers CD-ROM/DVD-ROM correspondences, on different levels of ciphered recorded series and number or mark; do not submit conversely (to one or many organisations, submitted their cipher) confidential for every document correspondences (compliance) of opened series and number) to _^ secrete one, personalising one or multi-grade and confidentially document or valuable paper; do not provide for protection of the originality by means of not easy feasible and simultaneously decoding-possession and replacement of all CD-ROM/DVD-ROM data base with the correspondent one from the old date, in every organisation, submitted ciphers for coded series and number and concerned with falsification.

Technical entity of the invention

The aim of the invention is to design a device for record of one- or several, one- and multi-grade multi-median two- and three- dimensional ciphered markings onto documents, valuable papers etc, for protection and control of their identity, whose codes nave been supplied by different organisations, and after their recording in open personalisation- series and number of the document and valuable paper-the correspondences for every cipher solely of visible personalisation with secrete one, to record (with the objective to eliminate corruption among the control organs) in CD-ROM/DVD- ROM carriers, in favour to organisations, submitted the codes, by which to control the record originality and the production of documents, valuable papers etc, together and independently to each other. The time for which the device is receiving new codes, records coded marks and multi median data bases with the correspondences fed to every organisation, submitted codes, must be incomparably shorter than the time, needed for simultaneous decoding, theft or replacement of the old date of all data base CD-ROM/DVD-ROM.

The aim is reached by multi-gate devices:-computers, which accept in parallel diverse and independent from each other codes, forming the different coded marks, representing coded series, number, the two altogether or others. By the codes is modified the standard visible mark, personalising the document, the valuable paper or other valuables. The central computer, combined the requirements of all codes and of the basic open series and number, controls the marking head and alter the parameters of beam or writing element within the head, and the table, shifting the document, or valuable paper or another valuable. It deviates them into two horizontal directions additionally, and alter the power and beam impulse time duration and the depth of perforation of the mechanical needle or other element along the vertical direction in such way, so as the open mark should contain one or several other secret, personalising marks, representing hidden series, number or the two together, formed by the codes. The device records in parallel on independent multi- median carriers CD-ROM/DVD-ROM the deposited open, one or several, one and multi-grade, two- or three-dimensional coded marks - level after level- each containing the correspondence of open towards coded mark. The first secret number of the first code-first CD-ROM/DVD-ROM corresponds to open series and number; second secret number of the second code - second CD-ROM/DVD- ROM corresponds to the open series and number and so on. Examples for invention application

The seventh ciphered marks from 1 to 7, according fig. 1 are supplied from independent levels-organisations and read out by the independent computers from 8 to 14, connected with the central computer 17, controlling the entire device. When the product, subjected to coded marking 20 is appraised by the final quality control 21 as being good, the computer 15 allows marking of standard marking, defined by carrier 16, but in such way, that the marking head 18, through its own declination x-y of the table 19 and alternation of the parameters of writing element could be able to record two- or three-dimensional multi-median coded mark 22, in which the computer 17 summarised all ciphers, assigned by the computers 8 to 14, altering the working parameters of head 18. After reading the record by 23 control of the record 24 simultaneously and independently, the device (by means 17 and writing heads from 25 to 31 ) records multimedian CD-ROM/DVD-ROM carriers from 32 to 38, containing the correspondence of open marks towards every secret, determined from 1 to 7 correspondingly

An exemplary realisation of code marks from 1 to 7 carried out by device from fig. 1 are given in figs 1 and 2.

An example for implementation of the invention and operation of the device supplied with laser head 18 for single sheet document and banderole with kinegramm with total thickness 60 μm: C0₂ laser with wave length λ = 10.6 μm with pulse energy E= 50 mJ and pulse duration λ = 100 μS and tracking frequency f= 1000 Hz, records two- dimensional multi-median coded seven-grade marks from 1 to 7 with alternative openings of the diameter of every point ranging from 0.25 to 0.4 mm.

An example for invention implementation, functioning of the device equipped with laser head for group of documents: A 75 pages set of invoices with total thickness 4.5 mm, C0₂ laser with average power 200 W and wave length λ = 10.6 μm, through computer 17 control and pulse energy alternation from 0.5 to 3J _ pulse duration from 1 to 8 ms and number of pulses from 1 to 100 , records three-dimensional multi-median ciphered marking.

1/ A device for recording of one- or several-, one and multi-grade, 'two- and three-dimensional multi-median coded markings of documents, valuable papers, etc, for protection and control of their jidentity, which contains block for forming of input signal, connected with the controlling computer, connected on its side to the recording block for marking, seized by feed back for cipher control and through the controlling computer connected to recording block for multi- median carriers, features with cipher carriers /1-7/, connected with the computers/8-14/, which are connected with the control computer /17/, and the open series, number and publisher data carrier /16/, connected to the computer /15/, which is connected to final control computer /21/ and controlling computer /17/, which on its side is connected to writing head /18/, whereas the controlling computer /17/ is connected to shifting table /19/, on which the document /20/ is placed, and coded mark /22/ .under which reading device /23/, is placed, connected to code control computer /24/, connected to controlling computer /1 II, and who, on its part, is connected to writing heads /25-31/, which are placed over the multimedian carriers for every correspondence of the open data towards any coded marks /31-37/.

2. A device, according claim 1 , featuring with this, that the marking element is a laser beam or electron beam or mechanic needle, or ink- flash or other.
