Abstract
Description
This imperative gave rise to public responses by the municipal road services in the form of the collection of canine excrement by mechanized means. This imperative of public hygiene has also given rise to private responses stimulated by the civility of dog owners or their fear of verbalization by the public authority.
TECHNIQUE ANTERIEUREPRIOR ART
Thus, for the owner of a dog, the collection of the excrement of his domestic animal is usually carried out by means of a small bag handled either directly by hand or by means of pliers to improve the hygiene and avoid the feeling of even indirect contact of the hand with the excrement.
EXPOSE DE L'INVENTIONSTATEMENT OF THE INVENTION
This collection of excrement poses problems. If the animal keeper can either forget to take the bag and pick-up clamps when leaving the animal for a walk, or find bulky bag and clamps, or notice the difficulty in holding the bag in the clamp for the collection of excrement.
The present invention provides solutions to these problems. Thus, the shovel box is designed in particular to fit firmly around the leash box and thus be assembled when exiting with the animal avoiding forgetting the shovel box since it is made integral with the box leash whose use is compulsory outside. Likewise, the problem of the bulky box-shovels to be transported disappears, which does not in any way interfere with the normal use of the leash box. The shovel case is also designed to hold the disposable bag firmly and prevent its accidental fall when picking up the excrement, as also after picking up, while waiting to find a public bin; the bag having been closed at its upper part and remaining maintained, in its lower part which contains the excrement, in the shovel case and this until the time of depositing the disposable bag in public trash, thereby avoiding the abandonment of the .sac on the pickup location.

MEILLEURE MANIERE DE REALISER L'INVENTIONBEST WAY TO IMPLEMENT THE INVENTION
With reference to these drawings, the device for collecting animal excrement consists of a shovel box (1 fig 1) of two shovels (2 and 3 figl) comprising on one of their sides either connecting lugs (7) to the axis of rotation (x'x) median at the base () of the shovel box O) or flat parts (8 fig2 ; 9 fig3) of connection to the axis or to the axes of rotation (y'y fig 2; 'y and z'z fig3) lateral to the base (tt) for opening and closing of this shovel box O).
These two shovels (2 and figl) have a large flat part (5,6) allowing them to be applied to the flat face (1 figt) of the housing (l6 figi) of the leash. When the returns or end parts (1 and 13 figl and î ± g) of these two shovels (2 and 3 figl) in their flat parts (5 > 6), one (12 figl) being bent towards the inside of the shovel box O) and the other (13) being bent towards the outside of the shovel box O) are engaged O 2 and 13 fig ^ t-) one obtains a securing of the closing of the shovel box O) fitting on leash housing Oô).
The stability of the fitting of the leash box (16fig2a) in the shovel boxO) will be 'obtained by the inclusion of one or more small discs or studs (5d fig2a) in the same number, corresponding holes ( 2 *) shovels (2,3) 5 these studs, of identical size or not, located on one or both flat facesθ) of the leash box (lo) will be fixed there, for example, by a thick strip, adhesive on its two faces. These studs (5c1), which can have a thin fixing base and wider than themselves, are made of a rigid material a few millimeters thick, five millimeters for example, circular in shape like the orifices (2t ), without excluding another shape for the stud (5d) and the orifice (2t), and of a diameter slightly smaller, by necessity, than that of the orifices (2).
We can fit this shovel box O fig2a) around a leash box06) of lesser thickness by including the holes (2) on the studs (5d) but these being fixed on autamt of studs-supports (5d1) studs (5v1); these studs (5d1), larger than the studs (5d), fixed on the flat faces (12+) " are of a diameter greater than that of the studs (5c1) and of a thickness such that it compensates for the least thickness of a smaller leash housing Oô). The shovel box O fig5) is designed to be associated with: a disposable bag (19 fig5) for collection from the ground (26) of 1 * animal excrement (27) • To carry out this collection the disposable bag (19) must be held in flexible tension by the shovel case (1).
The entry of the bottom (23) of the bag (19) occurs at the bottom of the shovel case (1) open between a clamp (7a1 figla) or several clamps, all being integral with the same shovel (shovel 2 of the example ) and one or more fixed parts located on the other shovel, namely: lθ -1 °) m_ou lxfeairs ïuiriLr (10 Eg1b) ai peϋte flat piece of shape, for example, rectangular, fixed preferably by means of '' a flexible and thin support (10b) on the internal face of the shovel 3 (in the example), slightly prominent part with a straight side O Oa) preferable parallel to the end

The stability of the fitting of the leash box (16 fig 2a) in the shovel box O) which has been mentioned (on page 3 lines 17 and following) can also be obtained by reliefs (5a or 5b figl) fixed on the internal face of the flat parts (5 5 6) of the peels (2,3) and having a face (5a1 or 5b1 figl) matching the usually rounded shape 04a1 fig4) of the periphery (14a) of the flat face (14 ) of the leash box, making it possible to position the shovel box longitudinally on the leash box after securing the closing of the shovel box by engaging the returns O 2.13 figl) of the shovels. The positioning of these reliefs (5a or 5b) can be adapted to different sizes of leash box.
The shovel box (1 fig4) can be assembled with a smaller leash box by reducing the distance between the shovels (2.3 figl) without reducing the volume of excrement collection thanks to longitudinal elements or lateral (6a figl) arranged on one or two shovels and oriented towards the inside of the shovel box O) and the internal edges (6a1) of which are in contact with the small side (14) of the leash housing 06).
Des plots (6b fig1 ) disposés sur les parties plates (5»6) des pelles (2,3) et formant relief vers l'intérieur du boîtier- pelles (1) peuvent compléter.ou se substituer aux précédents é- léments (6a) pour la même fonction d'adaptation du boîtier- pelles à un assemblage à un boîtier de laisse de petite taille .Plots (6b fig1) arranged on the flat parts (5 » 6) of the shovels (2,3) and forming a relief towards the inside of the shovel housing (1) can complete or replace the previous elements (6a ) for the same function of adapting the excavator housing to an assembly to a small leash housing.
The seizure of the disposable bag (19) by the shovel case (1) can occur when its closed bottom (23 fig5) is introduced between the shovels ( 2,3) until the bottom (23) is located between the clamps (7a fig5) integral with the shovels (2,3) in their part close to the axis or axes of rotation (x'x, y 'y, z'z fig5, fig2, fig3). Even partial closure of these clamps (7a) integral with the shovels (2,3) by rotation about the axis (x'x) causes the bottom (23) of the disposable bag (19) to be gripped.
As it was written (page 4 lines 31 to 38) the entry of the shovels - function of the orifices (24 figl) - can be ensured by approximately rectangular pallets (24a) positioned outside the shovels ( 2,3) in a place close to their border (5c, 6c) in their flat part (5,6) and comprising a terminal lift (24a1) allowing the fingers to be intermeshed between pallets (24a) and shovels (2,3 ).
The shovels can also be gripped by strips or cords (24b) retractable at their ends in loops (24b1) positioned at the ends of the tongues or cords on the longitudinal edges (5d) of the flat parts (5 > 6) shovels and allowing the intromission of fingers between tabs (24b) and flat parts (5> 6) of the shovels (2,3). The lateral axis of rotation y'y (fig 1b1) and the other possible lateral axis of rotation z'z can advantageously be replaced by a joining material situated between shovels (2,3) and base (4) of the shovel case (1) rounded shape (4c fig1b4) but another shape could be suitable, in order to facilitate the rotation of the shovels; the axes such as x'x being materialized by these rounded shapes (4c) of various shapes (Fig: 1 b2, 1 b4, 1b3).
Failing to have a leash box) facilitating the carrying of the shovel box (1), for this purpose, the owner of the animal can use a traditional case (H figδ), well known and adapted here to the shovel box O). This case will present towards its base (17) a bias A'D'-AD of the two main faces (31 " 32) creating a narrowing of its thickness (passing from AA 'andΕBB' in DD 'and CC 1 ) serving as a stop towards bottom to the shovel box O) deposited in the case (11). Down (17) - > the extension of the shrunk case (ll) will maintain the returns (12,13), possibly soiled by the collection of excrement in the event of tearing of the bag (19) ” inside the case (11) and out of any contact. The case-shovel assembly (1) and its case (11) can be transported attached to any clothing accessory thanks to a clip (15) for hanging fixed to the upper part of one of the faces of the case (11).
