Abstract
Description
VITROCALEFACCION CON ILUMINACIÓN VITROCALEFACTION WITH LIGHTING
The following PCT application is about an innovation in heating technology and refers to glass heaters or hob heaters.
VITROCALEFACCIONThe technology applied to these products determines a new heating system, vitro heating based on the generation of heat by means of the electrical energy applied to a conductive glass. This heater has 2 independent and complementary functions: heating function and lighting function. The third function would be a consequence of these first two and is that of decoration, due to its minimalist, light and transparent design. VITROCALEFACTION
This resistance is applied to the glass by a transparent vitrifiable screen printing process. Said screen printing film has the property of conducting the electric current on a given surface between two bands -Fig. 1 (1), Fig. 4 (7) - with metal components to which the respective poles are connected. The following variables are considered for the application of this technology for the generation of heating devices: - length of the metal bands
- distancia entre bandas- distance between bands
- voltaje- voltage
Para calefaccionamiento se establecen estas variables para obtener temperaturas de entre 50 y 200 grados celscius.- characteristics of the conductive film (resistance determinant) These variables between voltage relationships and crystal dimensions determine the desired temperature. For heating, these variables are established to obtain temperatures between 50 and 200 degrees Celscius.
State-of-the-art technology applied to the glass generates a new concept of neutral, healthy and high-efficiency heating that surprises with its transparency.
The light function is independent of the heater and gives the product functionality at any time of the year. The intensity of the adjustable light and the translucency of the crystal create a range of particular atmospheres.
The lighting system consists of lamps and other electrical components that make its operation possible. Product functions are regulated by controls.
Se presentan dos modelos de calefactor: portátil y fijoIt is a highly versatile product, being able to admit different shapes and dimensions depending on the place to be installed. Two heater models are presented: portable and fixed
The fixed model -Fig. 1 (Front view) -Fig. 2 (Side view) - can be hung on the wall -Fig. 2 (2) - from the back of the cabinet.
