Abstract

Perylen-3,4:9,10-tetracarbonsäurediimide der allgemeinen Formel (I) mit folgender Bedeutung der Variablen: R?1, R2, R3 und R4¿ unabhängig voneinander Wasserstoff, Chlor, Brom oder gewünschtenfalls substituiertes Aryloxy, Arylthio, Arylamino, Hetaryloxy oder Hetarylthio; R?5, R6, R7, R8, R9 und R10¿ unabhängig voneinander Wasserstoff oder langkettiges Alkyl, Alkoxy oder Alkylthio, dessen Kohlenstoffkette jeweils bis zu vier Doppelbindungen enthalten kann, wobei mindestens vier dieser Reste von Wasserstoff verschieden sind, deren Herstellung und Verwendung als flüssigkristalline Materialien für elekronische, optoelektronische und photonische Anwendungen, zum Einfärben von hochmolekularen organischen und von anorganischen Materialien, als Fluoreszenzfarbstoffe und als Laserfarbstoffe sowie als organische Materialien für Solarkollektoren und Elektrolumineszenzanwendungen.
