A particularly strong shoe sole with a pleasing finish is thus produced and the peripheral edge region 17 of the sole enables the upper 2 to be connected easily by sewing or similar techniques as well as constituting an effective decorative motif.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'assemblage de semelles en cuir pour chaussures consistant : à disposer deux ensembles de feuilles multicouches de composition identique, chaque ensemble comprenant une couche (10) externe en cuir avec une surface (11) interne destinée, en pratique, à faire face à l'intérieur de la semelle, une couche (13) de film thermocollant en matière plastique d'épaisseur prédéterminée, déposée sur ladite surface (11) interne, une couche mince (15) en matière plastique compatible avec ledit film thermocollant (13) et fixée à ce film par liage thermique ; à disposer un corps de semelle (4) et y à appliquer les ensembles multicouches avec les couches minces (15) en matière plastique face à face afin de revêtir le corps (4), les couches minces des deux ensembles étant placées de manière à correspondre dans la zone de marge périphérique (17) de la semelle ; et à thermosceller les ensembles de feuilles entre eux dans la zone de marge périphérique (17), de préférence par soudage haute fréquence.
