Abstract

The present invention discloses a novel polypeptide, a human tumor necrosis factor receptor 21.45, the polynucleotide encoding the polypeptide and the method for producing the polypeptide by DNA recombinant technology. The invention also discloses the uses of the polypeptide in methods for treating various diseases, such as various tumor, inflammation disease, etc. The invention also discloses the agonistes against the polypeptide and the therapeutic action thereof. The invention also discloses the uses of the polynucleotide encoding the novel human tumor necrosis factor receptor 21.45.
