Abstract

Nanoskalige Korundpulver sind dadurch erhältlich, daß man zunächst einen Al2O3-Precursor herstellt durch Versetzen einer wässrigen Lösung einer Aluminium-verbindung mit Keimkristallen und Zugabe einer Base und den Al2O3-Precursor dann durch Calcinieren bei erhöhter Temperatur in Korund überführt, wobei man vor der Calcinierung die neben dem Al2O3-Precursor vorhandenen Salze abtrennt, das erhaltene Produkt bei Temperaturen von 700 bis 975°C calciniert und gegebenenfalls vorhandene Feinanteile entfernt. Die erhaltenen Korundpulver können bei Temperaturen ≤ 1200°C zu Formkörpern oder Bestandteilen von Mehrschichtsystemen gesintert werden.
