Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé, un système et un appareil permettant l'échange d'informations électroniques commerciales sur un réseau ouvert entre un premier système de planification d'entreprises (ERP) et un second système ERP. The system of the invention can also store a copy of the electronic business information for later verification. In another embodiment, the system of the invention can also implement a method of exchanging commercial information for the exchange of information between the two ERP systems. In an embodiment in which the commercial electronic information contains an issuer identification, the system of the invention can determine whether the issuer identification gives authorization to transmit the electronic commercial information, or can prevent the transmission of the information to the second ERP system if the identification of the issuer does not provide any authorization. In yet another embodiment, the open network is the Internet.
