Abstract

La présente invention porte sur un procédé et un système commercial et de gestion de titres négociables qui permet d'avoir en permanence la maîtrise des données variant dans le temps. Le système a une interaction avec des systèmes de traitement de données exécutant des transactions d'achat et de vente d'au moins un titre auquel correspond un ensemble de données caractéristiques. Le système de traitement de données est activé par une pluralité de participants et transmet des informations relatives aux données caractéristiques des titres. Le système commercial comprend un réseau (RLE), une station de travail (14) et un serveur (12). La station de travail est couplée au réseau et comprend un écran d'affichage (18) destiné à présenter à un participant des informations concernant les conditions du marché susceptible de se présenter dans la mesure où elles se rapportent aux données caractéristiques d'au moins un titre. Le serveur sur le réseau communique avec la station de travail et envoie à celle-ci des informations d'événements. La station de travail et le serveur comprennent un programme logiciel orienté objet comportant une pluralité d'objets. La station de travail comprend une application logiciel d'évaluation des titres qui référencie un objet possédant des données caractéristiques de titres variant dans le temps. La station de travail comprend également un logiciel de commande de la persistance possédant des instructions qui permettant à la station de travail de mettre à jour l'objet possédant des données caractéristiques des titres variant dans le temps lors de la réception d'informations d'événements externes correspondant aux données des valeurs asservies au temps.
