If the auction repetition time is not 0, and the auction is restarted, and therefore it is judged whether all auctions in the auction time table are proceeded in the judging process S708, and then the auction repetition time is stored again on the auction proceeding information storing means 303 as one subtracted number by the server of the auction site.
