Abstract

L'invention concerne une matière souple et photogène (feuille électroluminescente) utilisée dans des panneaux indicateurs comprenant: une feuille de PVC supérieure (11) souple; une couche d'électrode ITO (12), vaporisée sur le fond de la feuille de PVC supérieure (11), à perméabilité et conductivité élevées; une couche de phosphore (13) formée sur le fond de la couche d'électrode ITO (12); une couche diélectrique (14), imprimée sur le fond de la couche de phosphore (13), afin d'induire une luminescence électronique; un réseau conducteur (15), stratifié sur le fond de la couche diélectrique (14), afin de réduire la résistance de surface électrique et d'augmenter la tension et l'élasticité de la matière de grande taille; et une feuille de PVC inférieure (16), placée sur le fond du réseau conducteur (15), afin d'augmenter la résistance à l'humidité. Le réseau conducteur (15) est composé de fibres polyesters (22) sur lesquelles des couches de cuivre (21) et des couches protectrices (23) sont revêtues de manière à réduire la résistance de surface électrique et à augmenter la tension et l'élasticité de la matière. En outre, des agents anti-UV peuvent être mélangés à la feuille de PVC inférieure (16) de manière à augmenter la résistance aux rayons ultraviolets. L'invention concerne enfin un procédé d'héliogravure facilitant la production de matière souple en rouleaux.
