Abstract

La présente invention concerne un circuit de commande hydraulique, dans lequel le milieu de pression, qui est débité par une pompe hydraulique, doit être alimenté en priorité à un premier consommateur hydraulique, puis ensuite à un second consommateur hydraulique de priorité inférieure. Ce circuit de commande présente une première ouverture de dosage, qui délivre le liquide sous pression au premier consommateur hydraulique (consommateur LS) et qui permet de régler une différence de pression constante, à l'aide d'une première balance de pression, connectée en amont. Une seconde ouverture de dosage permet de délivrer le milieu de pression au second consommateur hydraulique (consommateur LUDV). Une seconde balance de pression est connectée en aval de cette seconde ouverture de dosage et peut être alimentée avec une pression de commande qui règne dans un espace arrière de commande, dans la direction de fermeture, et avec la pression qui règne après la seconde ouverture de dosage, dans la direction d'ouverture. Ladite pompe hydraulique est commandée en fonction de la pression de charge maximale du consommateur hydraulique actionné, de façon que la pression dans une conduite d'alimentation s'élève à une différence de pression définie au-dessus de cette pression de charge maximale. Une conduite de signalisation de charge peut être alimentée avec la pression de charge du second consommateur hydraulique ou avec une pression dérivée de celle-ci et est connectée à l'espace de commande arrière de la seconde balance de pression et à un organe de régulation de la source de milieu de pression. Dans les circuits de commande hydrauliques de ce type connus, l'alimentation prioritaire en milieu de pression du consommateur LS est assurée au moyen d'un distributeur à tiroir à prix juste, qui sert de clapet de priorité. L'objectif de la présente invention est de mettre au point un tel circuit de commande hydraulique qui soit moins cher et donc plus économique. A cette fin, le clapet de priorité est un clapet anti-retour qui s'ouvre de la première connexion à la seconde connexion.
