Abstract

The present invention relates to a peaked cap designed to block the sunshine during athletic sports, mountain climbing or fishing, or at a summer resort, and more particularly, to a shield for a cap in which the shield is sewed with two transparent or semi-transparent plastic films in piles and textiles printed with various characters or figures thereon are inserted and sewed between the plastic films, and thereby it is capable of creating more elegance of appearance. In a shield for cap designed to block the sunshine, with being sewed in front of a hair band for fixing a hair, or a cap for covering the whole or semi-transparent head, said shield (1) is sewed with two transparent or semi-transparent plastic films (2, 2') in piles and textiles (3) having various tone of color are sandwiched and sewed between said plastic films (2, 2').

Description

SHIELD FOR CAP
TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to a peaked cap designed to block the sunshine during athletic sports, mountain climbing or fishing, or at a summer resort, and more particularly, a shield for a cap in which the shield is sewed with two transparent or semi- transparent plastic films in piles and textiles printed with various characters or figures thereon are inserted and sewed between the plastic films, and thereby it is capable of creating more elegance of appearance .
BACKGROUND ART
In general, a cap or hat is used for preventing the face from being sunburnt or a poverty of blood due to direct rays of light, by blocking the sunshine or ultraviolet rays at shade-free places such as playgrounds, fishing spots or summer resorts, or for creating beautiful fashions. However, as the conventional hat, there are a sports cap with a given size of shield being sewed in front of a cover for covering the sunshine and for blocking the sunshine being irradiated to the face or head, or a peaked cap for blocking the sunshine or ultraviolet rays being irradiated to the face or head at playgrounds, fishing spots or summer resorts. The shield being sewed in front of the sports cap or the peaked cap, is formed in opaque, transparent or semi- transparent, so as to block the sunshine or ultraviolet rays being irradiated to the face or head to avoid sunburning of the face or head. However, since the former opaque shield is made of plastic board integrally, it cannot create the elegance of appearance.
On the other hand, in case of the latter transparent or semi-transparent shield, there is any effect of blocking the sunshine or ultraviolet rays, but it cannot create the elegance of appearance. Also, since the whole of face is exposed, it has any problem in personal protections .
DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION
Therefore, in considering said problems in the art, the object of the present invention is devised to provide a shield for cap in which the shield is formed by piling up two sheets of transparent or semi- transparent plastic films, textiles or transfer papers being printed with various characters or figures thereon are sandwiched between the plastic films and the outer circumference thereof is sewed, and the shield is sewed in the front of the cap, and thereby various characters or figures printed on textiles or transfer papers are expressed to the outside and it is possible to select a beautiful shield which is to user's taste.
The object of the present invention was achieved by providing a shield for a cap designed to block the sunshine, with being sewed in front of a hair band for fixing a hair, or a cap for covering the whole of head, wherein the shield is sewed with two transparent or semi-transparent plastic films in piles and textiles having various tone of color are sandwiched and sewed between the plastic films.
In a preferred embodiment of the shield for cap designed to block the sunshine, various characters or figures are printed on the textiles. Also, various characters and figures are mingled to print on the textiles. In another preferred embodiment of the shield for cap designed to block the sunshine, one or more of see-through portions are perforated at a position equaling to the level of eyes in the center of the textiles, when the shield is folded,
In another preferred embodiment of the shield for cap designed to block the sunshine, the textiles are sandwiched and sewed to the outer circumference portions of the plastic films. In another preferred embodiment of the shield for cap designed to block the sunshine, various characters or figures are printed to the inner surfaces of the plastic films.

Below, the example provides a more detailed description of a preferred embodiment of the present inventio .
Fig. 1 is a staged disassembled perspective view of a shield for cap according to one embodiment of the present invention, Fig.2 is an assembled perspective view of a shield for cap according to one embodiment of the present invention, and Fig. 3 is a cross- section view of a shield for cap according to one embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in Figs. 1-3, in a shield 1 for a cap designed to block the sunshine, with being sewed in front of a hair band for fixing a hair, or a cap for covering the whole of head, two transparent or semi- transparent plastic films 2,2' are tailored in a given size, textiles 3 having various tone of color are tailored to the same size as the plastic films 2, 2 ' and the textiles 3 are sandwichingly placed between the plastic films 2, 2'. Thereafter, in order to avoid warp of the edge, the plastic films 2, 2 ' are fixed by means of both-sided of adhesive tape, a finish band 7 is applied to the outer circumference of the plastic films, and the plastic films 2, 2' and the textiles 3 are integrally sewed.
In order to present the elegance of appearance or express specially designated industries, characters , figures or the combination thereof are printed on the surface of the textiles 3, and the characters or figures printed on the textiles 3 are seen through the outside of the transparent or semi- transparent plastic films 2,2', thereby creating the elegance of appearance. Various characters or figures for presenting the elegance of appearance or expressing specially designated industries are printed on the surface of the textiles 3, but various characters or figures may be embroidered. In case of sandwiching the textiles, various characters or figures may be printed to the inner surfaces of said plastic films 2, 2', but transfer papers may also be used.
Fig. 4 is a perspective view of a shield for cap according to another embodiment of the present invention, and Fig. 5 is a cross-section view of Fig. 4. As shown in Figs. 4 and 5, in the shield for cap of the present invention, one or more of see-through portions 6 are perforated at a position equaling to the level of eyes in the center of the textiles 3, when the shield is folded.
Fig. 6 is a perspective view of a shield for cap according to another embodiment of the present invention, and Fig. 7 is a cross-section view of Fig. 6. As shown in Figs. 6 and 7, in the shield for cap of the present invention, one or more of see-through portions 6 are perforated at a position equaling to the level of eyes in the center of the textiles 3 , when the shield is folded.
Fig. 8 is a perspective view of a shield for cap according to another embodiment of the present invention, and Fig. 9 is a cross-section view of Fig. 8. As shown in Figs. 8 and 9, in the shield for cap of the present invention, the textiles 3 are sandwiched and sewed to the outer circumference portions of the plastic films 2, 2'. Also, various characters or figures are printed to the inner surfaces of the plastic films 2, 2'. Fig. 10 is a perspective view of a sports cap according to another embodiment of the present invention, and Fig. 11 is a cross-section view of Fig. 10. In case of a sun cap being sewed with a shield as the above-mentioned, the shield is formed by piling up two sheets of transparent or semi-transparent plastic films, textiles or transfer papers being printed with various characters or figures thereon are sandwiched between the plastic films and the outer circumference thereof is sewed, and the shield is sewed in the front of the cap, and thereby various characters or figures printed on textiles or transfer papers are expressed to the outside and it is possible to select a beautiful shield which is to user's taste.
In case of a sports cap being sewed with a shield as the above-mentioned, the shield is formed by piling up two sheets of transparent or semi-transparent plastic films, textiles or transfer papers being printed with various characters or figures thereon are sandwiched between the plastic films and the outer circumference thereof is sewed, and the shield is sewed in the front of the cap. Accordingly, since one or more of see-through portions 6 are perforated at a position equaling to the level of eyes in the center of the textiles 3 when the shield is folded, it is capable of seeing the sky through the see-through portions 6. Also, since various characters or figures printed on textiles or transfer papers are expressed to the outside, it is possible to create the elegance of appearance .
The above examples are offered to illustrate this invention and are not meant to be construed in any way as limiting the scope of this invention. An expert in the art can sufficiently understand desirable examples of the present invention. Also, the range of the present invention must be decided by the following claims based on technical concept of the present invention.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY
As explained through the above example, the present invention is capable of blocking the sunshine during athletic sports, mountain climbing or fishing, or at a summer resort. Also, since the shield is sewed with two transparent or semi-transparent plastic films in piles and textiles printed with various characters or figures thereon are inserted and sewed between the plastic films, it is capable of identifying the outside objects as well as creating more elegance of appearance. Also,, it is possible to select a beautiful shield which is to user's taste. Although the preferred embodiments of the invention have been disclosed for illustrative purposes, those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, additions and substitutions are possible, without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention as disclosed in the accompanying claims .

Claims

1. In a shield for cap designed to block the sunshine, with being sewed in front of a hair band for fixing a hair, or a cap for covering the whole of head, the improvements in that said shield 1 is sewed with two transparent or semi-transparent plastic films 2,2' in piles and textiles 3 having various tone of color are sandwiched and sewed between said plastic films 2,2'.
2. The shield for cap as set forth in claim 1, wherein various characters are printed on said textiles 3.
3. The shield for cap as set forth in claim 1, wherein various figures are printed on said textiles 3.
4. The shield for cap as set forth in claim 1, wherein various characters and figures are mingled to print on said textiles 3.
5. The shield for cap as set forth in claim 1, wherein one or more of see-through portions 6 are perforated at a position equaling to the level of eyes in the center of said textiles 3, when the shield is folded,
