Abstract

L'invention relève de la construction mécanique et peut notamment être utilisée dans des centrales électriques éoliennes en tant qu'entraînement variable reliant une roue éolienne à un générateur. Le variateur planétaire à disques comprend un corps dans lequel est aménagé un plateau porteur sur lequel sont fixés des disques de friction coniques intermédiaires. Ces disques sont en contact avec les disques de friction extérieurs et intérieurs fixés aux roues centrales active et réactive du mécanisme planétaire, ces roues étant serrées contre les disques de friction coniques intermédiaires à aide d'éléments de pression souples. Le mécanisme de changement du rapport de transmission qui assure le déplacement radial synchronisé des disques de friction intermédiaires possède une servocommande dotée d'une unité logique de commande et reliée cinématiquement au mécanisme de changement du rapport de transmission, ce mécanisme étant monté avec la servocommande sur le plateau porteur. L'unité logique de commande est réalisée de façon à permettre de piloter le mécanisme de changement du rapport de transmission en fonction de la fréquence de rotation d'au moins un arbre rotatif du variateur et /ou en fonction de la position de l'axe des disques de friction intermédiaires lors de déplacement de cet axe dans la direction radiale.
