Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for transforming plants by using a gene manipulation technique, and more particularly, to the method for transforming plants with Agrobacterium containing bar gene having resistance to a herbicide by using a effective wounding method to an appropriate target tissue. A more improved breed than the conventional breed of plant can be produced by the transforming method according to the present invention.
