Abstract

L'essence de l'invention consiste en ce qui suit: pour détecter précocement l'incendie à l'aide de capteurs (l1 et l2) on mesure les valeurs courantes de la concentration dans l'air d'au moins deux composants gazeux qui se dégagent par feu couvant depuis des matériaux inflammables. On détermine, à l'aide d'un microprocesseur (4), le rapport entre les valeurs mesurées de la concentration des composants gazeux et l'on compare la valeur de ce rapport avec sa valeur prédéterminée; si ces valeurs coïncident, un signal d'alarme est généré.
