Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un support de données tel qu'une carte d'identité, une carte de crédit ou bien un document analogue de valeur ou nécessitant une sécurité. Ce support de données comprend au moins une première information (3), visible à l'oeil nu et surtout lisible, disposée sur ledit support et apte à caractériser ce dernier entre un grand nombre d'autres supports de données. Afin de protéger ce support de données des falsifications et des manipulations, ladite première information (3) est cryptée par un algorithme et le résultat du cryptage est mémorisé sur le support de données.
