TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to a bottle cap with a water purifier, and more particularly, to a bottle cap with a water purifier installed in an inner side of a bottleneck of a container that can allow a user to drink water so that heavy metal contained in valley water or mineral water in case of climbing a mountain or going fishing is removed to safely drink the water and at the same time tap water for drinking can easily be used at home . BACKGROUND ART
Generally, a bottle cap is installed in a bottleneck of a container that contains drinking water such as beverage, and acts to seal the bottleneck when a user desires to preserve water after drinking it.
Such a bottle cap may be inserted into the bottleneck or may be fixed to a screw formed along the circumference of the bottleneck. A bottle that contains high quality liquor has a neck structure sealed by a cork. A bottle that contains typical beverage or drinking water has a neck structure sealed by a screw.
A bottle cap sealed by a screw has a sealing
material in a portion adjoining a top end of the bottleneck. In this case, the sealing material is of a soft material such as rubber.
The aforementioned conventional bottle cap is installed in the bottleneck of the container that contains drinking water, so that the water contained in the bottle is prevented from being contaminated by external dust and from being oxidized during long-term preservation . Furthermore, the user may use the container to fill valley water or mineral water therein for drinking when climbing a mountain or going fishing. In this case, heavy metal such as lead (Pb) or impurities may be contained in the water due to environmental disruption such as air pollution, water pollution, and soil pollution. Such pollution materials may cause fatal side effects harmful to the human body.
Recently, as a case occurs in which impurities such as colon bacilli are detected in the tap water for drinking at home, a problem arises in that human's health may be injured by such impurities when the user drinks the tap water containing the impurities. DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION
Accordingly, the present invention is directed to a
bottle cap with a water purifier that substantially obviates one or more of the problems due to limitations and disadvantages of the related art .
An object of the present invention is to provide a bottle cap with a water purifier installed in an inner side of a bottleneck of a container that contains drinking water so that a material harmful to a human body, such as impurities which may be contained in the drinking water, is purified to allow a user to safely drink the water.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a bottle cap with a water purifier in which a user can drink safe drinking water purified through the water purifier installed in an inner side of a bottleneck without heating tap water used at home or carrying a separate container that contains the tap water purified through a separate water purifier in case of long term going out of home for the purpose of travel or fishing.
Additional features and advantages of the invention will be set forth in the description which follows, and in part will be apparent from the description, or may be learned by practice of the invention. The objectives and other advantages of the invention will be realized and attained by the structure particularly pointed out in the
written description and claims thereof as well as the appended drawings .
To achieve these and other advantages and in accordance with the purpose of the present invention, as embodied and broadly described, in a container provided with a space portion that can contain liquid therein, a bottleneck provided to be externally opened from the space portion, and a screw portion formed along the outer circumference of the bottleneck, a bottle cap with a water purifier includes: a bottle stopper screwed into the screw portion, having an outlet formed at upper portion of the bottle stopper to pass through water inwardly; a hinge portion installed at one side of the upper portion of the bottle stopper; a cap rotatably installed in the hinge portion and provided with a stopping member located at the same location as the outlet, the stopping member having a size corresponding to an inner side of the outlet; a housing provided with a lower plate having through holes and installed in an inner side of the bottleneck of the container in a cylindrical shape having an opened inlet; a cover formed with a size that can cover the inlet of the housing and provided with through holes; and a purifying means provided in an inner side of the housing to remove
impurities contained in the liquid.
Therefore, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, impurities such as lead and heavy metal contained in valley water or mineral water that may fatally injure a human body are removed so as to quench a thirst without separate drinking water in case of travel for the purpose of climbing a mountain or fishing.

Reference will now be made in detail to the preferred embodiments of the present invention, examples
of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a sectional view illustrating an installation state of a bottle cap with a water purifier according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view illustrating an installation state of a bottle stopper according to the present invention.
Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a bottle stopper 20 is installed at an outer side of a bottleneck 11 and is screwed into a screw portion 12. The screw portion 12 is formed along the outer circumference of the bottleneck 11 The bottleneck 11 is formed in a container 10 for drinking water.
An outlet 21 is formed at the center of an upper portion of the bottle stopper 20 to pass through the water inwardly, and a hinge portion 30 is installed at one side of the upper portion of the bottle stopper 20.
A cap 40 is rotatably installed at the lower center of the hinge portion 30 and is provided with a stopping member 41 located at the same position as the outlet 21 and having the size corresponding to the inner side of the outlet 21.
In other words, as shown in FIG. 2, the bottle stopper 20 provided with the outlet 21 to pass through the water inwardly at the center of the bottle stopper 20
is screwed into the screw portion 12 formed along the outer circumference of the bottleneck 11.
The stopping member 41 that serves to open or close the outlet 21 is formed at the lower center, and the cap 40 that can be rotated through the hinge portion 30 is installed at the upper portion of the bottle stopper 20.
The stopping member 41 provided at the lower center can open or close the outlet 21 depending on rotation of the cap 40. Therefore, if the cap 40 is opened, the stopping member 41 is detached from the outlet 21, so that the user can drink the water contained in the container 10 for drinking water.
FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view illustrating a water purifier according to the present invention. Referring to FIG. 3, a housing 50 is formed in the inner side of the bottleneck 11 of the container for drinking water, so that it is to be surrounded by a sidewall 51 and a lower plate 52 , thereby forming a hollow cylindrical shape. An inlet 53 is provided to have an open region at one end of the sidewall 51 and the other side of the lower plate 52. A plurality of through holes 100a are formed in the lower plate 52 of the housing 50. A first filter 70 is installed at an upper portion of the lower plate 52 to filter various impurities, and a
purifying layer 71 is filled at an upper portion of the first filter 70.
The purifying layer 71 is formed of a material having a purifying function such as charcoal powder, gangue, and ceramic. The effects of the material, such as charcoal powder, gangue, and ceramic, acting on the human body will be described below.
Generally, a far infrared ray is light and is a kind of electronic waves . The gangue emits such a far infrared ray so that a physiological function of a cell is actively made. Also, the gangue emits thermal energy for emission of a toxic substance, thereby resulting in photoelectric effect. Moreover, since the gangue has excellent purifying and decomposing functions, it serves as a toxicide that removes the toxic substance of the human body.
Furthermore, all the materials generate thermal energy at an absolute temperature (-273DC=0DCK) or above and emit the infrared ray. Therefore, the far infrared ray seldom reflects or scatters a minute particle in the air as compared with ultraviolet rays or visible rays.
The far infrared ray is likely to transmit air and to be absorbed in a target object, so that electric
resonance and self-heat generation occur in molecules of the target object.
The far infrared ray emitted from the gangue serves to activate energy generating molecules by means of resonance or absorbing effect caused by vibration of molecules .
Therefore, once the far infrared ray is absorbed in the human body, the photoelectric effect, the purifying function, and the decomposing function can be improved, which activate the physiological function of the cell, generate the thermal energy, and emit the toxic substance. This neutralizes toxicity.
The charcoal powder serves to purify air and water owing to a physical function based on its tissue and structure and a physical-chemical function based on mineral and acidity contained in the charcoal powder and an active point of an inner surface .
Also, the charcoal powder serves to purify gas or liquid by microbe parasitic on the colored surface. The gangue, the charcoal powder, and the ceramic contained in the purifying layer 71 purify and remove the heavy metal contained in the valley water or mineral water, so that the user can safely drink the water during climbing a mountain or going fishing.
A second filter 72 is installed at an upper portion of the purifying layer 71 to be closely contacted with the purifying layer 71. A cover 60 is formed at the upper portion of the housing 50 which receives the first filter 70, the purifying layer 70, and the second filter 72, so as to cover the housing 50. The cover 60 is provided with a plurality of through holes 100b to pass through water from one side of the top portion to the inner side.
In other words, if the container 10 for drinking water is inclined at a certain angle to allow the user to drink the water contained in the container 10 for drinking water, the drinking water passes through the through holes 100a formed in the lower plate 52 of the housing 50 because the housing 50 is located inside the bottleneck 11.
The drinking water that has passed through the through holes 100a passes through the first filter 70. At this time, the first filter 70 removes the impurities contained in the drinking water, and the drinking water reaches the purifying layer 71 through the first filter 70.
Once the drinking water reaches the purifying layer 71 through the first filter 70, the drinking water is exposed to the far infrared ray irradiated from the
purifying layer 71. Accordingly, a cell contained in the drinking water and useful for the human body is activated, and the drinking water is purified by the charcoal powder filled in the purifying layer 71. The drinking water purified by the purifying layer 71 passes through the through holes 100b of the cover 60 in a state where the impurities are completely removed from the drinking water by the second filter 72. The drinking water is finally exhausted out through the outlet 21 located at the upper portion of the through holes 100b. As a result, the user can safely drink the drinking water. INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY
As described above, the bottle cap with a water purifier according to the present invention has the following advantages.
First, the user may drink the valley water or mineral water in case of long term going out of home for the purpose of climbing a mountain or fishing. In this case, the water purifier of the bottle cap removes impurities, such as heavy metal, contained in the valley water or mineral water, so that the user can safely drink the water. Furthermore, even in case where the user drinks the tap
water at home, the user can safely drink the water by sterilizing and removing impurities such as colon bacilli contained in the tap water through the water purifier of the bottle cap. In this case, since no separate water purification system is required, consumers can reduce their expense .
