Abstract

L"invention concerne un dispositif d"électrophorèse optique composé d"une couche de substrat et d"une couche de couverture, une pluralité de canaux d"électrophorèse étant formés dans la couche de substrat. Ledit dispositif est pourvu d"un système de guides d"ondes optiques transmettant un rayonnement d"excitation d"un port source vers chaque canal d"excitation. Le système de guides d"ondes optiques est défini par des régions dans la couverture ou le substrat ayant un indice de réfraction supérieur à celui du matériau environnant.
