Abstract

Selon l'invention, on a identifié la protéine VIP54 par le criblage de levure à deux hybrides en utilisant en tant qu'appât VacA de H. pylori. VIP54 n'est pas détectée dans les neurones mais se détecte dans les cellules de neuroblastome extraites d'une tumeur. En outre, la VIP54 est co-distribuée avec la vimentine et décore les filaments intermédiaires avec un ornement à points. L'invention concerne aussi une protéine comprenant la séquence d'acides aminés de VIP54 ainsi que des peptides, des acides nucléiques et des anticorps y relatifs, qui s'utilisent en tant que réactifs diagnostiques du neuroblastome, comme marqueurs pour filaments intermédiaires et pour inhiber l'interaction VIP54/VacA.
