Abstract

L'invention porte dans une exécution sur une cassette capilaire facilitant des dialyses rapides ou le thermocyclage, via des liquides ou des gaz d'échantillons inférieurs au microlitre. Dans une autre exécution la cassette est configurée pour être utilisée avec une machine de manipulation des fluides permettant un traitement automatique à fort débit, les dyalises et le thermocyclage s'effectuant lorsque la cassette est montée sur ladite machine.
