Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système, un procédé et un article fabriqué permettant d'évaluer la maturité d'une organisation d'opérations de TI. Tout d'abord, on définit une pluralité de zones de processus d'une organisation d'opérations en termes d'objectif ou d'intention. On catégorise ensuite les zones de processus en termes de caractéristiques communes. On détermine ensuite les capacités de traitement des zones de processus de l'organisation d'opérations. On calcule les capacités correspondant aux catégories de traitement spécifiques. Et on détermine enfin la maturité de l'organisation d'opérations sur la base des capacités des catégories.
