Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif qui permet aux utilisateurs d'un réseau de radiodiffusion de se brancher automatiquement sur des programmes ou des oeuvres musicales ou artistiques en fonction d'au moins un de leurs attributs. Lesdits utilisateurs possèdent tous des récepteurs radio dotés d'une sortie audio réglable à partir d'une unité de traitement. Ce dispositif comprend un central opérationnel relié à une station d'émission radio commerciale par des liaisons fixes, commande une station d'émission radio publicitaire sur la même bande et une station d'émission radio de codes. L'unité de traitement de chaque récepteur radio, qui comporte un clavier, une mémoire destinée aux attributs choisis et un écran, est reliée par un convertisseur à un récepteur radio de codes. Le central opérationnel reçoit de chaque station de radiodiffusion commerciale des informations concernant leurs émissions comprenant lesdits attributs et d'autres données, telles que les heures de début et de fin, la durée desdites émissions, ainsi que la fréquence correspondant à ladite station de radiodiffusion commerciale. Le central opérationnel traite lesdites informations qu'il transforme en nouveaux codes numériques compatibles avec ceux des utilisateurs et qu'il envoie par le biais de l'émetteur de code radio. L'unité de traitement appartenant au récepteur de l'utilisateur compare ses attributs avec ceux reçus du central opérationnel. En cas de concordance, il branche ledit récepteur de manière séquentielle et préparée sur la station de radiodiffusion commerciale choisie, sur la station émettant de la publicité et sur la station de radiodiffusion commerciale que l'utilisateur a précédemment choisies. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, l'invention concerne n'importe quelle station de radiodiffusion, y compris la télédiffusion et la radio par l'Internet, de préférence les stations en modulation de fréquence dans la bande d'ondes métriques destinées aux utilisateurs se déplaçant, par exemple, en véhicules automobiles ou analogues.
