Abstract

Câble électrique de type imprégné en masse sans drain, imprégné avec une matière d'imprégnation diélectrique. La matière d'imprégnation diélectrique est liquide, et la viscosité de la matière d'imprégnation diélectrique manifeste une faible dépendance à la température, qui confère au câble des propriétés dynamiques vis-à-vis de la pression et lui permet de supporter et de compenser des gradients de température et de pression apparaissant dans le câble lors du fonctionnement. Les propriétés dynamiques vis-à-vis de la pression ainsi acquises réduisent au minimum les risques de développement de creux non remplis et d'autres discontinuités de ce type. Dans une gamme de températures de fonctionnement plus basse, le liquide diélectrique a une viscosité suffisamment élevée pour assurer les caractéristiques d'absence de drain, qui permet au liquide de s'écouler sous l'influence des contraintes de cisaillement qui se manifestent normalement dans la direction radiale de l'isolation des câbles CC pendant leur fonctionnement. En outre, la matière d'imprégnation manifeste dans une première gamme de températures basses une dépendance faible et réduite au minimum de la température vis-à-vis de la viscosité. Dans une gamme de températures d'imprégnation plus élevées, elle possède une viscosité sensiblement plus basse de manière à assurer l'imprégnation. Elle manifeste un changement significatif de la viscosité à travers une gamme limitée de transition de températures.
