Description

RÉCIPIENT POUR LIQUIDES. CONTAINER FOR LIQUIDS.

The subject of the present invention is a container of the bottle type intended in particular, but not exclusively, for receiving alcoholic liquids.

It is known in this field to present alcohols, the price of which may be high, in more or less richly decorated bottles. But this decor is always static.

A first object of the invention is to overcome this drawback and to allow the creation of a container, such as a bottle, with dynamic decoration.

According to the invention, the container, in particular for alcohols, is characterized in that in one of the walls of the container there is a reserve 1 inside which is fixed a sealed outer compartment containing a liquid.

According to another characteristic of the invention, the sealed compartment comprises a fixed decorative pattern and particles capable of moving in the liquid.

This liquid is advantageously different from that which is contained in the container and serves only as a carrier medium for the particles.

For cylindrical bottles of reduced dimensions, the cartridge or sealed compartment can consist of two parallel circular side walls. According to another characteristic of the invention, the bottom of the bottle has a housing intended to receive the particles when they are not in suspension. This gives a different movement from that of the container, creating an attractive and somewhat mysterious kinetic effect.

Other characteristics and advantages of the invention will appear during the description which follows of a particular embodiment, given solely by way of nonlimiting example, with reference to the drawings which represent:

- la figure 1, une vue de face d'une bouteille selon l'invention; - la figure 2, la même bouteille vue de côté;- Figure 1, a front view of a bottle according to the invention; - Figure 2, the same bottle seen from the side;

- la figure 3, un autre exemple de bouteille;- Figure 3, another example of a bottle;

In FIG. 1, it can be seen that the bottle comprises a base 1 which preferably consists of frosted or colored glass. This base is surmounted by a body 2 made of glass or other transparent material closed by a stopper 11. The bottle shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 comprises two flat faces 3 and 4 respectively. In face 4, and as this appears better on the Figure 2, is formed a reserve 5. The reserve formed during the molding of the bottle is intended to receive a cartridge, compartment or insert 6. On the outer face 7 of the side 4 is deposited, for example by screen printing a pattern 8 which , in the example shown is a winter scene but which can be any other motif incorporating a brand or any other useful inscription. The fixed pattern can also be placed on the face of the cartridge 6 facing the inside of the bottle. The glass of the bottle 2 and the liquid being transparent, the decorative pattern appears when we observe side 4 through side 3, whereas usually the decoration (and / or the label) is arranged on the front face of the bottles.

According to another characteristic of the invention, the reserve 5 extends partially in the base so as to form a housing 9 intended for the reception of the lower part of the cartridge 6 with a view to collecting, after a certain time , particles when the container moves from an inclined position to the vertical position. The existence of these particles is thus masked by the base. Thus, when the liquid contained in the bottle is poured, which brings the latter into a substantially horizontal position, the particles spread in the compartment 6, creating a surprising optical effect, before slowly descending into the bottom of the compartment , when the bottle returns to the vertical position.

Figures 3 and 4 show another example of a bottle or flask according to the invention, the face 4 is flat, as before while the face 3 is curved. Of course, the inscriptions 7 are designed in this case as a function of the anamorphosis introduced by the differences in indices between the glass and the liquid contained in the bottle. In the example shown, the particle displacement zone extends over the entire height of the bottle.

The particles mentioned above may be any provided that their diameter, or their other dimensions, is compatible with the thickness of the cartridge and the liquid contained in the cartridge 6 so that their sedimentation rate is consistent with the goal sought. These can be small snowflakes, stars, glitter, soccer or rugby balls, etc. It is also possible to introduce, into compartment 6, two liquids of different density and different colors, partially miscible. The compartment 6 can also be separated into several adjacent compartments. The desired rate of descent of the particles can, of course, be adjusted by varying the viscosity of the liquid in the compartment.

It goes without saying that many variants can be made, in particular by substitution of equivalent technical means, without departing from the scope of the invention.
