Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil jetable : une seringue ou un dispositif repliable destiné à contenir des liquides et des solides pour une application à utilisation unique. L'invention concerne particulièrement des dispositifs d'irrigation faisant appel à la technique de remplissage des cellules et un procédé associé permettant de renfermer des liquides et des solides, et notamment des solutions salines, des gels, des pommades et d'autres semi-liquides destinés à des applications d'irrigation, de lavement et de traitement. Ledit appareil comporte une cellule remplie de liquide (35 ml) et munie de parois flexibles et de marques de mesure, telles que celles dont sont pourvus les conteneurs hermétiques jetables de remplissage des cellules ou de soufflage-remplissage. Ledit appareil comporte également un entonnoir permettant un accès direct aux tubes ou des applications thérapeutiques à l'aide d'une capsule Twist-off. Généralement, les procédés pour la seringue et le dispositif impliquent applications d'irrigation et de traitement qui consistent notamment à appliquer des liquides et des gels. L'invention concerne également un système de gestion médicale de l'irrigation de tissus ou des procédures de lavement. Les trousses pour irrigation des plaies sont une manière systématique d'organiser un équipement jetable ou un autre type d'équipement nécessaire à la réalisation de régimes d'irrigation ou de lavement sûrs. Ces trousses sont conçues pour améliorer les applications thérapeutiques, améliorer la gestion des coûts du matériel et prévenir une infection due à l'utilisation de matériel contaminé. Six trousses ont été conçues. L'invention concerne en outre un système de gestion médicale du diabète qui comporte une ébauche de gestion nutritionnelle de l'absorption de glucides. La gestion des glucides pour une échelle de traitement du diabète est un outil auxiliaire pour le traitement du diabète qui améliore la cicatrisation des plaies chez un patient diabétique. Les échelles indiquent les grandes lignes de l'absorption de glucides à raison de 100 à 300 gm par jour afin de renforcer la conservation d'une santé optimale.
