Abstract

L'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés comprenant un dispositif de communications radio qui comporte une série d'au moins un élément de traitement, formant facultativement une grappe d'ordinateurs, qui réalise les fonctions nécessaires à l'échange d'informations à travers plusieurs liaisons de communications radio, lesdites liaisons pouvant utiliser respectivement différents protocoles de communication. Les systèmes et procédés combinent deux techniques: l'utilisation de plusieurs éléments de traitement flexibles et un modèle dans lequel chacun des éléments peut réaliser n'importe quelle partie du traitement effectuée par le dispositif, notamment le traitement physique sans limite de la couche de présentation, de contrôle d'accès au support (MAC), de liaison, de réseau et de transport.
