Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de flux d'opérations en soutien d'une application établie sur le Web. Un serveur présente un programme d'application accessible à une pluralité d'ordinateurs clients via un réseau. Le système de flux d'opérations comprend une base de données permettant de spécifier un ou plusieurs processus de travail et au moins une action associée à chaque processus de travail. A server presents an application program accessible to a plurality of client computers via a network. The operation flow system includes a database for specifying one or more work processes and at least one action associated with each work process. Each of the work processes is launched by means of a ticket registered in a central ticket office in the database. An interface allows the application program to issue tickets to the ticket center. The system also includes an operations flow arrangement engine that maps tickets and work processes. In case of a match, the associated actions are executed. Thus, back-office processing tasks can be managed asynchronously with respect to the application program, thereby reducing the processing load on the application program and the Web server. Consequently, the response capacity of the application is improved in relation to the needs of the users.
