Abstract

Le dispositif (1) comporte un mélangeur (4) qui produit un signal (S4) ayant une fréquence (F4) égale à la différence entre deux fréquences (F2, F3) qui sont celles de deux signaux (S2, S3) produits chacun par un générateur (2, 3) et qui varient paraboliquement en fonction de la température (T) avec des coefficients quadratiques (β1, β2) différents l'un de l'autre. Pour que la fréquence (F4) du signal (S4) produit par le mélangeur (4) soit au moins sensiblement indépendante de la température (T), les générateurs (2, 3) sont agencés de manière que le rapport des coefficients quadratiques (β1, β2) soit égal à l'inverse du rapport des valeurs (F2r, F3r) que les fréquences correspondantes (F2, F3) ont à une température déterminée (Tr).
