Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft transgene Pflanzen mit einer nach ihrer Transformation stabil in das Genom integrierten regulatorischen Nukleinsäuresequenz gemäss SEQ ID NO:1 bis 3, oder ihrem Fragment oder Derivat und einer mit dieser Nukleinsäuresequenz funktionell verbundenen für ein Genprodukt codierenden Nukleinsäuresequenz. Ferner betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung Verfahren zur Herstellung der erfindungsgemässen transgenen Pflanzen sowie die Nukleinsäuresequenzen gemäss SEQ ID NO:1 bis 3. Die regulatorische Nukleinsäuresequenz betrifft Polynukleotide, die natürlicherweise in Pflanzen der Art Arabidopsis thaliana eine weitgehend wurzelspezifische Expression eines Fremdgens erlauben.
